Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 17 → 5.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

im terrified
Umm, I missed one of the beacons so ended up photographing the "last one" second last and went back to photograph the one I missed. Nothing happened. I did not get any ending. Had to watch a yt video to see the "ending". Cannot recommend.
The scary thing is not being able to see at all times.
short and simple but very good
Iron Lung is a fairly short and simple game, but its incredible atmosphere and interesting backstory make up for it. The setting alone is fascinating and really pulled me in. The game heavily plays on claustrophobia and the fear of the unknown. Being stuck in a tiny submarine where you have no idea what's lurking outside in the blood ocean builds a lot of tension. Overall, it's a very solid experience and definitely worth picking up when on sale. I haven't seen the movie yet, but playing this makes me definitely plan to check it out.
i was scared also the fire extenghisher doesnt work guys when you really need it the most
I liked the atmosphere and story. It's not something that everyone will enjoy as it focuses on slow gameplay over anything fast-paced but I believe if you're into things that build tension this is a great, short experience.
Masterclass in tension
Great atmosphere, mechanics, and overall concept. I both loved and hated it because of the constant sense of dread it created. One part of me wanted to keep going, while the other wanted to quit. It's amazing how much tension the game creates with such simple mechanic
needs more fish
felt genuinely uncomfortable during the whole thing and even tho i got the ending spoiled it still got me good. would definitely wait for a sale tho but still worth it.
