A classic real-time strategy game with an epic single player campaign, multiplayer & coop, set in the alternate reality of 1920+
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Underrated RTS, I wish it had more success. The setting of the story is also unique.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Such a cool game with so many possibilities, ruined and abandoned. The actual board game Scythe is amazing to play, and the artwork created by Jakub Różalski is incredible, it really nails that dieselpunk, war-era aesthetic for me. So when I saw a game based on the board game, I was excited. I did enjoy playing it, although there are many things that could have been designed better, along with lots of bugs that need fixing. Sadly, this game seems to have been abandoned by the developers. Hopefully, one day it will get an update, or a new game based on Scythe will come out and do more; and do it better than this one.
Excellent vision, fun units, decent mechanics, really excellent environment destruction, but not fully developed as much as you would expect a 2020 game to be. **** No way to disable edge panning **** Graphics and audio are not quite as polished as they could be Really out dated 2003 style main menu Glitches/bugs, enemy AI is limited doesn't always behave correctly. Sometimes units will get stuck on the environment for minutes at a time and will no longer be usable. Friendly units will OFTEN not realize they are being shot at and won't fire back unless prompted manually. Which is a HUGE issue. Very limited cover system, where environment structures that should easily act as cover fail to register as cover. Controls remapping isn't as easy as it is in COH3. If your a fan of RTS games, yes you'll like it, however it's lack of quality of life mechanics compared to some other titiles will give you occasional reoccurring frustrations which makes a bit harder to invest into for long term. It's crazy how devs can see a game and also not care enough about it to make any quality of life settings or any updates ever
Good graphics and physics, and the units actually feel heavy as well. Has me some CoH vibes, while the setting and story are pretty original. A solid RTS overall. Really hope the devs take what worked here and make DoW4 even better
Its pretty and a novel setting . BUT its dire RTS gameplay has no strategy , a poor version of company of heroes. All the unit limits stop any sense of scale whilst appalling story is a cheesfeast. The units fight like animations spitting at each other. If i was 15 i would be bored. No sense of unit presence. Fantasy /sci fi only work when there is some suspension of disbelief. Mechs are a nice idea but no gravitas to them .
Though art and music are superb I can't say the same for the gameplay.
Mid at best, unfun and not that interesting for the most part… Setting is cool, themes are cool… Gameplay is lack luster, and story is just not interesting for what it’s doing.
So many flaws and bug in this game makes it a slog to get through, worst campaign I have ever had to play.
