About

While Shelly "Bombshell" Harrison earned her codename defusing bombs for the Global Defense Force, when evil transhumanist mastermind Dr. Jadus Heskel unleashes the members of his cybernetic cult onto the streets of Neo D.C., she knows it's time to start causing explosions instead of preventing them.
Her quest to slay Heskel leaves a trail of carnage throughout huge, multi-path levels filled with gigantic explosions, more secret areas than we can count, and inhuman foes behind every corner. There's no regenerating health here; stop taking cover and start running and gunning.
Shelly's crusade to take down Heskel's army will see her leave destruction in her wake with a wide arsenal of weapons, complete with alternate fire modes and different ammo types. Her signature revolver, the tri-barreled Loverboy, brings enemies pain and players pleasure with both single shots and Old West-style hammer fanning action. Who needs a regular shotgun when you can load buckshot into your grenade launcher? Violent, over-the-top Bowling Bombs rip enemies apart with ease.
Ion Fury laughs at the idea of mandatory checkpoints and straight paths through shooting galleries. But, just because this is a true old-school first-person shooter doesn't mean we've ignored all the good new stuff the last two decades have brought. Headshots? Hell yeah. More physics and interactivity? You betcha. Widescreen, controller support, and auto saves? 3D Realms and Voidpoint have taken the best of both worlds and cooked it all into a bloody stew.

Duke Nukem style boomer shooter. Absolute blast. Brilliant level design.
Ion Fury + Aftershock. Awesome oldschool FPS game that will remind you of Duke Nukem 3D (it's based off the same Build Engine). Lots of secret secrets that are hard to find even when you think out of the box. Pacing is just nice, not too tiring and you can tell they put a lot of effort and detail into handcrafting the levels, some of which have interesting environmental themes. Weapons are designed for different situations and contextual usage. Overall I think the difficulty is reasonable and pickups are plenty. I just didn't use the powerups in my playthrough (except the RoboCop one once).

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

pretty good boomer shooter, would recommend for some quick dopamine rush
This game is great and plays a lot like the 90's classics Duke Nukem and Blood. Definitely a must play for any self-respecting classic FPS fan.
fun sorta based bomber shooter, u get so many bowling bombs in the game but u use the revolver more then anything else. explosives do MASSIVE Damage to you so be careful of that. wish the main protag was hotter/had more showing, etc.
Clean up on aisle, your ass!

More like ion furry.
I like this game. It has the old-school shoot-and-run vibe going on, there is no complicated story line, there is no moral choices here, there is no complicated game mechanics. You hit trigger - they go "boom". All you need in a shooter like this. Graphics are great, music is nice and fits well, gameplay feels solid and well balanced. I play with a controller, auto aim works fine, just turn off the automatic centering of view - man that annoyed me so much it got me almost quit the game until I figured I can turn it off. I do have some issues though. I got the idea that the main persona should be influenced by Duke Nukem, Blood, and Shadow Warrior, but is just too bland, too generic, too annoying. Duke is cheesy to the point that it is funny, Caleb is the fericous voice acting that makes the generic lines fit in a horror movie style environment, and Lo Wang is funny in a 80s Asian action style movie kind of what the hell way. Shelly is just boring. Such an opportunity for an engaging female character wasted... Maps are rather too big for me, or maybe I got too old for this style of run around and get key cards and find doors style of gameplay. I get lost from time to time in the levels and that's rather frustrating. Examining the map helps to identify where you need to go most times but it is a bit annoying. Secrets can be rather frustrating, but I find most of them are not too out there, once you go through several areas you start to get the idea. A second playthrough would be more engaging on that front, for a first run I do not really care for those secrets too much. I would like a quick save/load option - the current one is not a quick save/load, sorry. I loved the rewind option in Duke Nukem 3D World Tour, would have loved to see this here (for lame players such as myself that is a top-notch feature). On option to highlight the next objective/key/door would be great, but I know this is not the way of the old school fps. A tick on the map would have been really nice though. Most of these go with the genre, though, so nothing too bad. Good fun game!
