Dead Game. Will Change If It Gets An Update.
Game has been abandoned and is no more than a demo.
THIS GAME IS ABANDONED BY THE DEVELOPER. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT A DEMO. It had a great potential, sadly developer abandoned it :(
20年ea买的,结果25年了还是做的跟屎一样,内容是没有的,ai是蠢得不行的,字体是视障患者做的,操作是反人类的
If he keeps updating it, then yes. If not then no. I got this because i saw the recent update after a year and it was on sale. Although its a solo dev i think so updates may be patchy, but the basis for a decent game is there.
I really want to like this game, and I get it is a very early build. But it is unplayable in the current state. The AI needs some major updates, primarily in pathfinding and task prioritization. Units with a clear path to where you tell them to go but run in circles for no reason until you manually tell them to walk every couple feet. A medic who is carrying a wounded soldier will stop and stare at a fire fight half a mile away ignoring the command to move the wounded. The UI also needs work, if things are close to each other you can only select one not the other. Last time I played I had some units garrisoned in a building. When I told them to get out, 3 spawned so close to the building that I couldn't select them and were just stuck This game has a lot of potential; the hearts and minds mechanic, calling in CAS, the medic system, being able to build structures, the new HVI hunting mechanic, all good but none of them work if the units randomly get stuck or don't do the tasks I tell them to.
Abandonware. This game had a lot of potential, but appears to be an abandoned cash grab.
This is not abandonware, and there are very cool mechanics. I want to love it, but it is not very playable, unless you're into torture. Development is slow, because there is only one dev, but he has been active recently after what sounds like health issues. He is working on combat balancing, but I can't get over how janky controls are. -Vehicles feel rough to move, get stuck and confused easily. They like to do ring around the rosy with your soldiers on the grill. Cars and pedestrians seem to be magnetized. Lots of road kill if you let cars and people move around each other. It would also be nice to queue movements, so you can take the right path offroad. -Movement controls in general don't feel great and you are ignored very often. Engaging enemies outside of the line of sight can be very frustrating. -UI will put context menu off screen when right clicking -The UI for missions cover unit information UI, and keep you from selecting some commands. You can get through but it takes a bit. Combat can be cool. Remember your guys are much better at distance. It seems like the only exception, is if there is only 1 enemy. There are some good reads for tips if you're dedicated. The game is fairly forgiving. Be careful, but don't have high expectations when you get in a bad situation and rpgs start flying. They are terrifying, but losing a fight isn't game ending.
Its dead since a long time, dont buy it!
