Besides being poorly advertised, Insidia doesnt offer a fun experience. While it seems basic because it has no customization of any kind, you can only pick characters you want to play with (i think there are around 10 in total, and 4 of them, just enough to start the match, are free), the gameplay is still unfun, with messy controls. Direction the mobs are facing is important factor, and it can get quite hard to pick it correctly, since you have to steer around the single tile with mouse somehow. Attacks arenty displayed properly and there arent any hints why something isnt working (f.e. you cant use certain characters at certain times) In order to win, you must destroy enemy base, or either kill all of the enemy characters (take into consideration that you can respawn dead ones few times). Each character has 2 skills, they dont have any cooldown and can be used every round it seems. Game now is completely dead, last update was 5 months ago, and it barely lasted one month, with 96 players maximum.
Rubbish. Tutorial is too basic. AI Practice mode impossible to win unless you know exactly what you are doing, which you can't as a beginner, unless you just keep trying over and over. BORING.

Pay to win, obviously, with the nice heroes being locked up behind a shop. Feels highly repetitive after not even an hour playing it, so much for a strategy game! If you like the core mechanics, checkout Into the Breach which has similar mechanics but is offline and doesn't suck your money out of you in order to have fun.
Morto
I remember playing this a year or so ago and I honestly regret not supporting this. From what I gather that happened after the 28th of March Insidia went into a vegetative state. I thought at first I put it down as a case them scamming everyone and running with the money after the final update was made, then I did some digging and what I found was interesting. On February the 27th Badseed made a Kickstarter for 3d printed models of the charters as a thank you to the fans. The goal was to reach £9,127, they only got £2,372 now normally you would go "I doubt that is what brought it down." but get this: the deadline was on the 29th of March. That's right. I believe the sole reason why Insidia is in the position is due to the fact that the Kickstarter failed. Sure it can be argued that they indeed ran with the money. Even if that was the case they could not pay back for the 3dmodels, I am surprised the goal was not higher to be fair. It does make it depressing seeing all of the backers come to realisation for their broken dreams. For those that are interested in this as others have said go get a friend. It is definitely worth playing and with the time I had I did enjoy myself. If anyone wants as well I am more than happy to play with any of you on Discord. If you want to support it or not I doubt it matters but you are than welcome to. Just know that Badseed has probably moved on at this point. It was good while it lasted and I hope it can be again.
比较靠策略的游戏,只是我吃不下,或者说没时间深入研究,个人还是挺推荐的,休闲时可以玩玩。
I am bit confused with all those commands (select/move/attack). I asked to fight but the character wasn't fighting even when the enemy was in front of him. Too much colors so you cannot see what is exactly happening on the battlefield. I saw Atlas Reactor and now I see this they are both in poisoned colors and the controls are very confusing. I am looking for something good (between HOMM battles and Frozen Synapse) and I cannot find anything good on the market. Would like to see something like Tactical Monsters Rumble Arena but with simultaneous turns and looking characters more for adults not like toys. I cannot play this game as it destroys my mind when I look at the screen and it comes to think what do you actually have to do there, not mentioning any tactics at all.
A turn-based tactical RPG with a host of colourful and fun characters. Move your champions and attack to destroy your enemies, it's a little tricky at first but you'll get the hang of it. https://youtu.be/8y04lg4pjjM

I cannot see how people want to play this, Good art style cannot cover up weak plain and boring gameplay. I think the dev can easily improve this game but currently it doesn't seem to ever happen.
