"Inside The Gear" ist ein Physik-Puzzle Spiel. Die Aufgabe ist eigentlich ganz einfach. Wir müssen ein kleines Metallrad auf eine Plattform bringen. Dafür haben wir nur wenige Objekte zur Verfügung, nämlich einen Würfel, ein bewegliches Brett und ein fixiertes Brett. Diese müssen wir so platzieren, daß, wenn alles der Schwerkraft gehorchend nach unten fällt, das Rad so rollt oder gestoßen wird, daß es die Plattform erreicht. Haben wir das geschafft, gehts in den nächsten der 25 Level. Sehr simplifiziertes Setting, aber eigentlich ganz spannend sich so durchzuknobeln. Das Problem ist nur, daß die Physik nur bedingt vorausschaubar reagiert. Dadurch wird aus dem Rätselprinzip eher ein Try-and-Error, bei dem man nur bedingt das Ergebnis vorausahnen kann. Wie schwach das Game programmiert wurde, kann man schon daran sehen, daß die Spielwelt viel größer ist als der Bildschirm. Wir können Objekte mehrere Bildschirmlängen außerhalb des Sichtfeldes bewegen. Der Sichtausschnitt läßt sich allerdings nicht bewegen. Es gibt also praktisch keine Levelbegrenzung. Ziemlich schwach. Optisch ist das Ganze auch nicht gerade ansprechend. Zwar ist die Idee, sich innerhalb einer Maschine zu befinden, ganz nett, die Atmosphäre des Ortes will aber nicht so recht aufkommen. Der Sound ist vergessenswürdig. Die Musik sollte man am besten gleich ausschalten. Piękny piątkowy wieczór. Zasiadasz sobie do komputera i myślisz "Odpalę nową zajefajną gierkę na steam. Coś nieznanego, ot jakiś indyk zmuszający do logicznego myślenia" Niestety tego dnia nie masz farta i los sprawia, że odpalasz Inside the Gear. Zalewa cię wielka fala g.ównianych pomysłów, pomieszanych z błędami i nijakością. To był naprawdę fajny wieczór, odpalając tą grę wszystko zje**łeś. Zastanawiasz się jak to jest możliwe, że spotyka to właśnie ciebie. Czym zawiniłeś światu, że ta gra znalazła się w twojej bibliotece gier na steama. Ponieważ jesteś true graczem, postanawiasz chociaż wydropić z tego morza g.ówna karty, tym samym skazując się na oglądanie youtube przez kilka godzin, przy akompaniamencie g.ównianych odgłosów z gry. Ponieważ tytuł ten jest prawdziwym g.ównem z najwyższej możliwej półki g.ównianych gier, nie posiada żadnych opcji, a tym samym nie ma opcji dźwięku, aby można go przyciszyć. Odgłosy gry będą więc umilać ci cały wieczór, aż do wydropienia ostatniej karty. Zgrzyt kół zębatych ocierających się o siebie to wspaniały umilacz tego pięknego wieczoru. KUR*A!:) Naprawdę próbowałem zagrać w tą grę. Po pierwszym poziomie miałem już dość. Kiepska, żeby nie powiedzieć g.ówniana mechanika w grze sprawia, że nawet pozornie proste sterowanie może być tak źle zrobione, że masz wrażenie jakbyś grzebał w g.ównie na ślepo szukając połkniętej poprzedniego dnia złotej plomby wartej 700zł. Niestety, umazałeś się w g.ównie nadaremno. Tu nic nie znajdziesz. Po pierwszym poziomie gra się wykrzaczyła. No nie tak całkowicie, bo nadal było można grzebać w tym g.ównie, tyle że gamma w grze z jakiegoś powodu podskoczyła na maksa i g.ówniana grafika dostała mlecznobiałych odcieni. Ot taki umilacz. A żeby ci jeszcze bardziej dopier*dolić to co jakiś czas z ekranu znikało wszystko i zaraz jak tylko chciałem zminimalizować to g.ówno, wszystko pojawiało sie spowrotem na ekranie. Ta gra jest takim g.ównem, że nawet jakby działała poprawnie była by g.ównem, a że dodatkowo gra kiepsko działa i dzieją sie dziwne rzeczy to jest g.ównem do kwadratu. Ot takie g.ówno wkręcone w tryby wielkiej machiny steam. OCENA: 1/10 Kilka pro-tipów jak postępować z g.ównem: 1. Jeśli g.ówno nie ma opcji dźwięku a koniecznie chcesz wydrobić karty, to pamiętaj, że przy zegarku na pasku zadań masz opcje dźwięku umożliwiającą ściszenie każdej aplikacji w tym tej g.ównianej.:) 2. Po wydropieniu kart odinstaluj oraz wyczyść rejestr itp. Nigdy nie wiadomo gdzie to g.ówno mogło się jeszcze wkręcić. 3. Wywietrz dobrze pokój, zdezynfekuj ręce i najlepiej do końca dnia nic już nie instaluj. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.
