Reviews
I love the main game, I enjoyed Kaycee's mod a lot, I think Inscryption is absolutely brilliant, though I'm sad about Grimora not getting more screen time--however, don't try to 100% this damn game. I mean it. Spoiler: ||Grizzly boss fights with one candle and every other skull restriction in place for that stupid final achievement is so hard, it's genuinely not fun anymore, and that's what finally made me stop after beating challenge level 12 and trying to progress to that point. I've done at least a few dozen runs trying to get the right combination for defeating the first bosses, trying to grind up to get that last achievement and it just doesn't happen. When literally every battle on the board is so nail-bitingly, teeth-pullingly hard because the actual mechanics of the game are overwritten with pure punishment, it's just too much. It stops being the game I was enjoying and just becomes a form of self torture. Anyone who managed the achievement has to be either absurdly masochistic, has the most incredible luck imaginable, is actually cheating somehow, or knows something I and most other players clearly don't. Congrats, Kaycee, you beat me, now gtfo.||

incredible card game, excellent video game
