Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 24 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

good game, i have enjoyed playing it with my friends i wish it was still getting updates and more content but its a good game regardless.
rubbish devs abandoned the game
Fantastic game solo or with friends. Tons of build variety with each character, and the ability to really pop off when you break out of the difficulty curve with a broken build. You really can feel how your improvement effects your runs. The game is complete and for anything looking to buy the game now, any negative reviews about the developer 'abandoning' the game don't apply to you. Unfortunately further development stopped because of poor sales, but only after the game was complete. Great game by a company who has roguelike on lockdown.

I'm flabbergasted... I just can't believe i went all the way to beat solo rank 20 before realizing there were "progression rewards" and such... I was thinking the trinkets were some kind of paid content........ Anyway... great game, a nice mix between Hades and Homm (at least that's how I see it)
I bought this game purely because of how great Monster Train was. I can see how at one point this would have been a really fun addictive game, but it's just fine now. It has a very unique and cool Tactics Gameplay style that I hope gets imitated and adopted into other games in the future. It feels like all the fun was sucked out to make room for a live-service model. Then, at some point in development they decided that live-service was a bad decision, they backtracked and now we have this kinda messy game left. The same applies to how the game feels in single-player vs multi-player, it feels like its fighting itself to straddle the fence between one design goal and another, and it just ends up messy and lacking something special. That's not to say the game isn't fun, but it feels like it could have been much more engrossing and rewarding to play if they had made some different design decisions.
This game was so wonderful in its direction and tone, I really wish it had enough support to keep it as a living game. Still amazing and a ton of fun content for you and friends!
I like the responsiveness and sort of real-timey aspect of this game. Definitely you need to play it with other people to truly enjoy it.
Cool game for coop rougelike, unfortunately abandoned but still very fun.
I primarily bought it to support the devs. It's a fun game, but I recently tried it again and it felt as though the difficulty was very much a lot higher. When I first played I basically did 5 runs, all around an hour, and I don't remember dying. If I did, I didn't feel like it was because I got unlucky, because that's the kind of deaths I remember vividly in other roguelites. Do with that information what you will. I am very happy they changed it away from a live-service multiplayer game. All in all, game-wise it was very fun curb-stomping enemies when you got a tiny bit of luck. I dunno if that is still a possible thing, but I will recommend it nonetheless if you enjoy unique roguelites.
制作组之前的一作怪物列车就挺不错的了 玩了130+小时 趁打折入了这作 结果没让我失望 只是没朋友玩多人 果然朋友才是最难搞的配置
