This is a disaster, the game is set to launch in 3 days but it feels like it needs at least another year (being very optimistic) of work before it's ready. The peak of input complexity for a single command is two directional inputs in the same direction plsu a button, and yet even that fails to work consistently. Hell, even a single button press without any directional input fails to do anything some of the time. They claim to have zero input delay netcode, but the input doesn't even work properly offline, I doubt they even know how to measure input delay. There's also no online on this beta. There's no jumping, no crouching, no blocking low or high, basic blocking works so inconsistently that wether you block an attack or not seems RNG, there's no throws. You can hit the opponent on the ground and while they're getting up, they won't even enter hitstun again until they're back up, but will still be taking damage, seems like the game doesn't even recognize the character has been knocked down, only that they're temporarily unable to take action. The super, assists, and "invulnerability" can always be used regardless of your state tho (however assists have a very hard time responding to the input, it's pretty hard to get them out even tho it's done with a single button press and nothing else) It seems the devs either don't know anything about fighting games, or aren't competent enough as developers to put anything in the game as they wanted it to be, this isn't even at an acceptable alpha state. It's rather baffling how much they boast of their "accomplishments", it's hard to put any credibility on their netcode claims when seeing sorry state of the game that's supposed to use it. At least this is free to play, and the game release is supposed to be free to play as well, so nobody will be wasting any money on this, but even wasting your time on it seems a rather steep price. Then again, the beta only allows you to play 5 fights, so there isn't even that much time to waste on it either.

This game has a mod browser in-game and you can download and play mods without having to restart. Here's a short list of some awesome mods in the game. Characters: Ultra Instinct Goku Deku All Might Ichigo Ulquiorra Cifer Darth Maul Spiderman Naruto Tanjiro Ironman Hulk Meliodas Beast Boy (Literally turns into a T-rex, Cheetah, Elephant, etc) Assist: Gojō Satoru (Does his Domain Expansion) Zenitsu Kirito Eren Yeager One Punch Man Natsuki Subaru Saber (Fate) Kirito Emilia (Re:Zero) Do I need to add more? 😂
I didn't know there was a fighting game prefab in the Unreal Store you could just download and slap onto steam. There's no crouching, no jumping, no projectiles, not a single attack that could match the mashing of the one fast character and 120 frames for a recovery animation in which you still can get hit. Good enough for a quick laugh I guess
INFINITE VERSUS: 3D MUGEN - Open Beta Бета открытая, но закрылась, серваки сдохли, бета тоже. Да и полная тоже, её также с концами убрали из доступа. Как итог: такие дела.
После загрузки Меню...Вылетает -_-
unplayable garbage even worse than fighting ex layer kek
I remember it like it was yesterday but it's been over 25 years. On October 28th, 1994 I played a game on the Super Nintendo that had the likes of Shaquille O'Neal as the player character of the game, known as Shaq Fu. I was seven years old at the time and hated the game, little did I know it would go down as probably the worst fighting game in history. Fast forward to 2021 and we have a free to play fighting game coming out on Steam that talks the talk but can it walk the walk? The reason I bring up Shaq Fu is because it used an NBA Star's likeness to quickly sell a trash game to people around the world. Unfortunately the gimmick worked and tons of people including myself were screwed over that day and had bought a fighting game that was like E.T for the genre. Although this game is free and has mods, those are the only good things about it. The graphics suck, the game runs terribly even on high end rigs as I tried it on two pc's one with a 2080TI and one with a 2080 Max q(laptop). The input delay is not lag free as it is very noticeable. The combos are terrible and they are very basic for the few characters I tried. There is little to no skill involved in this game and after ten minutes the giggles die down and you realize after trying the mods, the actual game and its gameplay are terrible. The mods and zero lag gimmicks are about equal to Shaq FU's gimmick in how cool they sounded but how lame it turned out and how poorly executed the entire product is. This could change in the future and I hope the dev makes me eat my words as I would love a quality free to play fighting game that didn't lock everything behind a paywall like dead or alive and others do. As it stands I was unable to tolerate playing this game for more than 12 minutes or so, about 3 fights and some mods downloaded. At this current time I would rather play Shaq Fu than play this game as that game would be better than this game if it were free to play as well and were remastered as I know there is a mod for it on sega collection but I'll leave that for another time. As it stands this is one of if not the worst fighting game I've ever played and I've played nearly all of them from Shaq Fu and Clayfighter to Mortal Kombat 11 etc. Please for the love of God, I really hope this game is an early Alpha build, it needs so much work to be even mildly entertaining and enjoyable it's not even funny. It would take me way longer than the twelve minutes I played this game to list all of the problems this game has so I'm not going to do that as I'll let others see for themselves. Sorry to the developer, I hate to be that guy but I have to look out for the people and if I can save someone time I would be happy to rather than promote a game that should not be released in this broken state....
good game
ooga booga good game
Finally pulling off the long chain combos with the rage mode, escape and assists is a really good feeling. If you time your rage mode it can also protect yourself from being destroyed by juggling maniacs. The counters are pretty cool too. One thing I would say is most of the characters don't have a crouch, jump or a throw. This may be a side effect of compatibility with mods. The developer seems pretty chill, he said he would add in 3v3, I’m sure he can add in throws. I have high expectations for the future of the game.
