I'm not big on extraction shooters really, and tried getting into tarkov but couldn't. this game clicked where tarkov didn't for me, and it's in alpha, so I understand the game is rough around the edges at this point in time, but man am I having a blast with the gameplay loop, where I don't really care typically about these kinds of games. first ten hours or so are definitely gonna be rough until you start getting better gear and start being more comfortable with the flow of the game and the maps. I can't wait for more content, and I wholeheartedly recommend this game. Know what to expect in an alpha, theres gonna be crashes, and bugs, and some stuff that looks odd, but the gameplay is truly solid here. I hope the game can get enough traction to compete with the bigger dogs, as it has a lot of promise.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One hell of a game
it is fun, but still very much in alpha.
So far, I highly recommend it. I am the kind of person that normally despises extraction shooters, but making it PVE makes it less annoying. The enemies are plenty deadly and behave very well, and if you want them to be more (or less) deadly, you can change that. They make good use of cover, and communicate to each other. They add a good bit of immersion to the game. Solid AI that makes other tactical PVE shooters look bad. Well done! Graphically, the game looks good, but it is insanely demanding for what it is. Not very well optimized. Add lack of frame gen (in 2026) to that and you get a disappointing package. Gunplay is great. Weapons feel powerful, animations are good, recoil impulse both looks and feels incredible. The main thing that makes guns feel weak is the fact that the game's audio as a whole is bizarrely quiet. I have yet to unlock gunsmithing, so I can't comment on that. but it seems like it should be pretty in depth. The lack of picture in picture scopes is a bit disappointing. The game is still in development, and the devs seem to be VERY active in working on the game. I'd say that it is well worth the money!
AI is pretty good, but that's about all it's got going for it. The engine looks very dated. The environments don't feel alive. The towns are oddly cut up into fairly linear sections. The whole thing is a massive grind. Very difficult to squad up with friends, and playing with randos sucks. The loot pool for gear seems very small (at least in the time that I've played), meaning there's very little sense of progression when trying to obtain new gear. There are other, much better to play & better looking shooters out there - if only they could have the AI from this game!
What do you mean by not supporting cloud saves in a game like Extraction Shooter that puts so much emphasis on loot progression?
big potential
