About
In the Night You Had Bad Dreams is a first-person horror game. A strange house within your dreams seems to twist and change, waiting for you to solve unconventional puzzles. You simply need to find the key and open the door. If you find enough keys and open enough doors, maybe the nightmare will end.
"Ever since I moved into this house, I've had weird dreams. For the first few months, I thought it was the stress of adapting to a new place. Two years have passed now , and I still get this strange feeling -like someone is watching me in my sleep. Like I'm not alone in this house. I feel tired all the time. Sometimes I get lost in my own house. The doctors say I'm fine. Therapy doesn't work. I'm so tired."
This game is my first project as a solo developer , and I have decided to release it for free as a gesture of gratitude towards the game development community. They have played a crucial role in making this project a reality through tons of tutorials, support forums, and free assets available online. Although I acknowledge that it is not flawless, I simply wanted to contribute something and hope that people find enjoyment in the experience.

Tried to get into this. i love playing little puzzle games with dark themes, but... well, after playing for such a short time, i got stuck more than twice. not by difficulty, but by the game breaking. i fell through the floor, got stuck behind a wall/in the middle of a hallway. i was willing to give it a chance, but the developers need an unstuck button. i was near the end of a level which i didnt want to restart, so it was frustrating. otherwise was pretty good game. nice music, little freaky, good atmosphere. just the glitching that makes it unplayable for me.

Got frustrated with repeated kills at the multiple door section, decided to just Youtube it instead. Plot was mediocre. Rating: 2/10
Нужно найти выход из этого странного дома полного загадок, головоломок и пугающих моментов. https://youtu.be/ZHKq6JhQaOM
Scary game, was scared the whole time But im okay I found the soup The soup is my best friend 10 out of 10
Needs some work. I'm a sucker for those early 2010's style indie-horror graphics, but there was a lot of back tracking, probably too much for as little as there was to entertain me on my journey back and forth. After some frustration, I got stuck in an invisible pocket and couldn't move at all awhile running across the invisible furniture; which is a shame. Also, the infinite hallway loop has been done to death since PT released, so it was a shame to see it in there. But if anyone else can get past it, I'm sure it's worth a try otherwise.
walking sim, free, def some unconventional puzzles, changing environments, i enjoyed it, gj for first time game
I'll be brief - it was interesting, the puzzles are not bad, I especially liked the polaroid level. It was a little boring in the middle, the whole game takes place on a sprint, fortunately it is endless here. I would like to see Steam achievements and more sounds and background music in the next games. Good luck to the developer
This lil indie definitely tested my sixth sense. I have grown up with nothing but love of horrors BUT THIS GAME - built the tension and made me jump more than once! I really enjoyed the concept, however this is mostly a game for those puzzle solvers which can kinda "read the room" and work out where to go. However it really did put my skills to the maximum and I thought I was fairly adept!
