Incredible ending to an incredible trilogy. The writing for this series is fantastic, and the dialogue feels so natural and genuine. I don't think I've ever seen voiceless characters that seem more real than these.

While some critics have pointed out that the story did not live to its "true potential", I personally think that for what it is; a story about finding meaning in an artificial world, it delivers its intended message exceptionally well. Impostor Factory doesn't need to be a complex sci-fi epic to be brilliant. It shows us that a physical reality doesn't really matter all that much. If you are feeling genuine love, grief or joy, then those emotions are 100% real to you in that moment. It's honestly my favorite so far from the series.
A beautiful game with story and characters I didn't expect to be as attached to as I was.
What better way to tackle the series' themes of life, death, regret and memories than with a time-travel murder mystery? Our main man Quincy certainly regrets turning up to this house party, and it certainly doesn't help there is the lovely lady Lynri who forgets she has met him before. The time-travel does not help and he certainly wants answers to why these 2 doctors keep dying! The game is more like the Bird Story, in that it more of a visual novel style. That said, it is a much bigger scope and certainly covered a lot of ground. It works as both a prequel for the series and also a sequel for the main story between Dr Eva Rosalene and Dr Neil Watts. As expected with these games, time is not necessarily linear but the twists in the this series keep coming. Another fun entry into the series and I can't wait for the next episode.
Another game in the now long-running To the Moon series, Impostor Factory has so many twists and turns that they're becoming the hallmark of the entire series.
And to think that a simple murder mystery leads to the actual origins episode for the entire series, detailing how Neil Watts existed in the first place.
Looks like I'll look forward to the beach episode, which is stated to be the penultimate game in the series.
Another beautify entry to the series, I don't know how they keep doing this!
