fun game
The overall game experience was great. Even though my mechanics aren't the best, the stat boosts and progression from upgrading easily make up for my lack of skill. However, the skill descriptions are quite unclear, and the card mechanics feel a bit underwhelming—almost negligible. It took me about 4 hours to complete a single run.

Sporting a 70s bloody, pulpy fantasy style, Ignoble turned out to be a very addictive combination of incremental and roguelike genres. For the price of a coffee, it took me around 6 and a bit hours to hit 100%. It starts out with you as the very weak and underpowered ignoble, attempting to break through a succession of tyrants so that you can free your master from captivity. Initially, each run will be quite short as you fight your way through the initial hordes of enemies, collecting the blood that they drop. When you inevitably fall, you can spend collected blood to strengthen your character for the next attempt as you endlessly die and are reborn. Ignoble features a prestige system that isn't wholly reliant on resetting your progress to zero; after taking down your first tyrant, successive runs through the first region will introduce new foes and additional drops to collect. This expands over each region, providing more survivability for your ignoble, new powers that can be triggered during the fights, and new events within each battle. There is a steady ebb and flow to each run, with the incremental upgrades helping you make just enough additional progress each run to fuel the next cycle; every run felt like it was of some consequence. I also want to call out the graphical style. The game is bloody and well animated, with a somewhat pulp fantasy styling that fits well. The soundtrack has a suitably 70s prog feeling too. It runs at a super-solid 60fps on the Steam Deck, and I did not see any slowdown during my time playing it. Additional note - when the game starts, it offers both a normal and easier mode; I played solely on normal mode and while the first two or three fights can feel a little frustrating to progress through, as you unlock more power, the game just starts to flow well. I think you could skip easy mode without too much frustration. Overall, a very well made incremental that doesn't overstay it's welcome, provides a good amount of things to do and uncover without getting stale.
Viciante, Brutal e rápido
刚发售的血泡问题平衡以后体验舒服了不少,一步步变强还是挺爽的
Wasn't able to bring myself to finish it. The beginning of the game is fun and kinda tense. Balancing the amount of attacks you have, waiting for them to recharge, and staying just close enough to an enemy to not lose health or get hit by them was really fun. Once you get a few upgrades, the game changes. You don't have to worry as much about your attacks recharging, because you get so many options to do damage. You get health regens, dashes, tentacle things, an ultimate ability that kills all the enemies on the screen. It's really fun. As you keep progressing, the game becomes kind of a slog. I noticed the more enemies on screen, coupled with all of the attacks I was doing, made the game have some interesting input lag. I would go to jump, and nothing would happen. That plus the sheer amount of stuff that you have to kill really brings the game down in the later stages. Honestly I can't recommend this game, because with the rather quick progression came less fun. 4/10
Weird and awesome, interesting gameplay loop. The card system unlock is pretty painfull tho.
Really enjoyed this game. Only suggestions from me would be some sort of character creator or outfit options and possible randomised levels so it's not the same run each time. That said, I've had a blast.
