Have you ever played Pokemon Ranger for the Nintendo DS? This is that if Undertale and a Roguelike ran a train on it. Lots of references in the file names, good music, fun boss battles, and a surprising amount of content for a unique early access game. Very fun, and highly recommend. Here's a tip; increase your mouse sensitivity in the game. Otherwise your wrist will be very unhappy with you after a run.
It is a quick and fun game that is easy to get into and I really want to play it more. The problem comes when I get to the third boss, as my whole computer lags hard and even upon opening the task manager to force it to close I have to restart my whole computer. As a result I have lost so many runs due to some kind of memory leak or bloat that only this game causes. I do not have anything open in the background and my specs are not below the minimum, so I have no clue what is happening other than something to do with the game. If you want to take a chance, it is very fun, but if you worry about your computer's well-being then probably wait for an update, patch, or hot-fix. :(
This game doesn't have a lot going on with it. Everything is so basic, the procedural dungeons feel tacked on due to no strategy involved with them. And that could be said about a lot of the game, there's little decision making involved. This game is pretty much skill based. I recognize it is still in early access, but this is how it is inherently.
it's good looking game, it's feel good to play game, you can feel that dev put work on it, surprisingly alot to do in the game, always love the creative different kind of gameplay compare to other know game, 10/10 love the art, smooth gameplay, roguelike items is awesome, make me frustate when i lose, with this cheap price i really atleast recommend others to try it for 2 hours
this game is so peak bro
touhou if it was roguelite
Great rouge like and a amazing bullet hell. its truly amazing. If you liked undertale you might like this try the demo or buy the whole game its worth it.
I love Risk of Rain 2 and ive been playing touhou lately and this game is somewhat like a mix of both. the enemy design is great and they all seem unique. the user daggers and stealth kit seem awfully familiar though (i don't mind). Could not recommend this game more. I have no idea how this game underplayed, it should be much more played
i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ finally got the DVD achievement it finally hit the corner
Great idea and solid execution. Feels like a mix of Undertale and an aim trainer. Lots of potential here if it can be fleshed out more. I hope the team can spend more time on tuning the different cursors. As it stands it feels like many cursors require a lot of risky movement and action for little reward. The selection cursor feels both easiest to use and the strongest, since it can also easily combine with other cursors if you can get them with legendary mods (e.g. rythm cursor or the click cursor). The combo system needs some additional mods that interact with it, at the moment it feels like crit and attack damage are the only options. Mods that add friendly projectiles fees great but impact visibility a lot (looking at you User Daggers). Runs are a bit short at the moment making me sad to have to abandon my build when it feels like I just reached a scaling point. 10/10 potential, 8/10 in the current state.
