About
Hypermarket Simulator is an immersive first-person retail sim where you design, manage, and grow a massive one-stop shopping paradise that goes way beyond groceries.
Turn an empty shell into a buzzing retail empire. From electronics and clothing to sportswear, frozen food, home décor, plants and more, you’ll manage a growing catalog of 540+ products under one roof.
Lay out your aisles, design the floor plan, choose where deliveries arrive, decorate and name your store, and craft the perfect shopping experience for your customers.
Stock hundreds of different products, but think like a real store manager.
Frozen and refrigerated goods must be stored correctly or they’ll spoil and become unsellable.
Set up backroom storage with different rack types, create custom stock areas anywhere in the store, and let your staff use them to keep shelves full and your operation running smoothly.
As your hypermarket grows, so does the chaos. Keep things under control by:
Installing self-checkout kiosks to reduce queues
Hiring staff to restock, assist customers, and run the checkouts
Assigning specific tasks and training employees to move faster, stock more efficiently, and work as cashiers
Find the perfect balance between speed, efficiency, profit, and service quality.
You decide what your store is known for.
Will you be the go-to place for high-end electronics, or the neighborhood favorite for everyday essentials?
Set prices, monitor what’s flying off the shelves, optimize shelf organization, and fine-tune your restocking strategy. Smart decisions lead to happy customers and a booming bottom line.
Start with a modest floor space and grow into a sprawling hypermarket.
Reinvest your profits to expand the store, unlock new departments and product categories, and upgrade your equipment.
Step by step, turn your small shop into a full-scale retail empire built around smart planning and customer focus.
Name your store, customize floors and walls, and make creative use of windows and doors to shape the perfect interior.
Add decorations, build dedicated staff areas and offices, and give your hypermarket its own personality, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
Step inside, grab your scanner, and see if you have what it takes to run the ultimate hypermarket.

I knew about the existence of this game this way: a developer of a similar game gave up their game, and at that time I even tried to inquire about the progress of development in the discussion forum. Almost everyone who replied to me told me that the game had been abandoned and recommended a good alternative to it. One of them is this game, thank you to the passerby friend Claire. Before this, I had never even seen its existence on the homepage or recommendation list of the Steam store, so this experience was special to me. Most importantly, I am very satisfied with this game and I love it. The general item model and character model are used in most low-cost simulation business games on the market. But I like this soft and clean color tone, which doesn't give people an overly tired feeling just visually. And the setting of hypermarket like this, positioned in the suburbs, with a wide coverage of goods sold, and even the ability to order furniture. Probably when I was very young, my family and I went to a hypermarket like this to buy furniture. The large area was quite cool for a child, and it felt really nostalgic. This game also has some features that I like: 1. Broadcast voice broadcast: I have always enjoyed this type of voice broadcast. There is a similar large supermarket near my home, the type tends to be more convenient, but there are also radio and voice broadcasts. When I was a child, I used to go shopping with my family in the supermarket until the supermarket broadcast told us that it was about to close. The audio broadcast of this game gives me a similar feeling. And after each level upgrade, there will also be a voice broadcast, I really like them. 2. Customer voice: Although we all know that those are AI voices, I really like this feeling. I think there's a feeling of injecting soul into NPCs, like there are really friendly customers talking to you. I think that greatly enhances the overall atmosphere of the game. 3. Handheld scanner: Its range is extremely long! If you have a dream of becoming a mid-range sniper, you can even practice your marksmanship with it This game has an unimaginable variety of products... If you enjoy running a store, you really can't resist such a multitude of products. And there are also many decorations that can be used to create offices, lounges, and so on, so you can even experience the feeling of sandbox creation, but the prerequisite is that you have enough money. Anyway, this game is addictive, just don't be tired like me. Those who enjoy simulation business games cannot miss it.

Leider Stürzt das Spiel dauerhaft ab. Hab alles Versucht; Overlay aus. FPS auf 60 begrenzt. Window mode, Karte runter getaktet.... Scheinbar seit dem Letzten Update ein Dauer Thema laut Internet. Spiel könnte Mega gut werden aber dafür muss es zumindest Laufen.
I like the concept but shoppers getting stuck not moving , crashing every 10 minutes umplayable for me. will refund and buy back in the future if it improves. but can not reccomend right now.
gra jest super ale przydałby się język polski
ai偽造好評一堆怪bug
Since the new update, there are only bugs. After I played a few rounds today, I couldn't save it, so my progress was gone. At times, the employees only have one box on the cart even though there's more space. Somehow the game just isn't fun anymore. I hope that changes.
Interesting game, and I did play for a couple of days. I made it to level 50, but stopped, as the NPC AI is just so bad, and there are just way too many bugs to list. I kept trudging through, as most bugs corrected themself with a save / quit / exit game / load, but a few persisted. In example, the carts and forklifts will occasionally fall a little bit underground, and in the cart's case, the NPC's will still push them. But over time, the carts get farther and farther underground that only the tips of them are above ground. With the forklift, I had one fall about half it's height underground with no way to get it back above ground, and that effectively wiped it's efficiency off the map as you could no longer reach the top shelf in warehouses. May reconsider the game again down the road if it improves.
Ótimo jogo, com muitas variedades de produtos
I bought this game about a year or a year and a half ago. I NEVER IN MY LIFE seen a simulator game getting this much love from the developer. normally sim developers do the game for quick cash and never do a single update on it, but this game is fantastic, constantly upgraded, constant bug fixes, its evolving and Im happy to be part of this. I love this game so much and Im happy that the developer is actually putting effort into it. They got all my respect. rare gem <3
