Be the ball! Roll around the original six HyperBowl lanes and some new ones. Enjoy the scenery, but remember to head for the pins! Play 1-4 players in the original Arcade Mode or quick-play in single-player mode.

I was play this game since 2000, my father gave me a Pentium III computer for birthday gift :). We have happy time when rolling ball together. My father passed away in accident one year later T_T . Each time I open this game, I remember happy time and hyperbowl it is one part of my memory.
it's decayed really bad over time. but still playable. Smooth surfaces bump the ball around, controls dont get recognized at times, but still has the early 2000s charm to it. Still playable, still a good game.
I remember playing this game as a kid, so to see it here on Steam was definitely exciting! Back in the day we only had the demo, so we had two levels and you could occasionally play the others until a timer ran out or something, so to be able to see the others and explore them was a lot of fun. Does it hold up to modern standards? Absolutely not. Surface geometry that appears even will disrupt your movement, some of the hitboxes for obstacles are a little wider than you'd expect, and the audio is pretty crunchy. Maybe there was some kind of porting issue when Technicat got the license and data for the game, or maybe my perception of good sound design was lacking when I was a kid, both are possible. But it's pretty tinny and a little difficult to listen to, and seems to vary in quality from course to course for some reason. I admire the developer's dedication to keeping things as original as possible, but if we could get a few sliders to adjust game volume, I'd really appreciate that. But this is meant to be just like the old Windows game, a trip back in time for those that played this game when they were younger. We're not looking for a good game, we're looking for THIS game, if that makes sense. I've seen so many comments of folks that played this when they were kids and came back all these years later, and still love this. And for that I tip my hat to you; you nailed it. Plus, it's $0.99, it's not like you're investing an arm and a leg into this thing. You get what you pay for.

Originally made for Windows XP, this game is quite frankly a fun little game that anyone can pick up. And with quite more bowling lanes to choose from compared to the base version with Rome and Classic. If you want a stroll down memory lane, this is the game for you.
Plus!
Nice bowling minigame. Better than Tekken. Needs camera control.
I didn't know a game could be this bad.
I remember this game from my childhood. Back then i was only able to play the first 2 maps and it always frustrated me as a kid. The controls were a big "whoah" for child me. Then i saw it on steam and had to get it purely out of nostalgic reasons. Overall.. it's okay i guess?
Would recommend this game for anyone who recalls playing it when they were younger! Wish they revamped it now!
