Hum Drum Experiences

Painfully entertaining for hours upon hours. The architecture is gorgeous and the city is beautifully lit, it's pleasant to play. God speed to the team that made this!

Στα [+] • Η πορεία αναβάθμισης τών RPG χαρακτηριστικών πού θά πρέπει ν' ακολουθήσει κανείς προκειμένου νά ξεπεράσει τίς μονομαχίες σέ γύρους (turn based), αποτελεί ένα αξιόλογο (άν καί τό μοναδικό) στοιχείο ενδιαφέροντος καί προβληματισμού. Στα [-] • Η καθογήγηση τού ήρωα μέσα από τήν πρωτοεμφανιζόμενη πατέντα προκαθορισμένης κίνησης αποτελεί ό,τι χειρότερο μπορεί νά φανταστεί κανείς, σέ βαθμό πού μετά τόν αρχικό εκνευρισμό ν' ακολουθούν τά γέλια γιά τό γελοίο θέαμα... • Ολη η δράση εξαντλείται σέ καμιά δεκαριά οθόνες, άδειες από κάθε ενδιαφέρον, όπου απλά ο ήρωας συναντάει τά πρόσωπα πού τού αναθέτουν τίς πολεμικές αποστολές του, δηλαδή τίς μονομαχίες μέ τά διάφορα εχθρικά πρόσωπα. Συνοψίζοντας • Η ανάγκη γιά τήν ανάπτυξη μιάς στρατηγικής στήν αντιμετώπιση τών εχθρικών όντων σέ κάνει, σ' ένα βαθμό, νά παραβλέψεις τίς υπερβολικές αδυναμίες του. Usually anything that is weird is compared with a fever dream, but somehow this descriptor doesn't make this game any justice. What comes to mind, rather, is a coma dream, or finding a cryptid in the wild. Few other expressions can describe the sheer bizarreness of this product. The game itself, a mix of RPG and VN, is not that special, but its atmosphere, the music, the art, the movement system (lol), the combat (I have no shame when I say that I cheated due to how bad it was), everything in it just feels... wrong. Don't get me wrong, it's a plus in my book, it makes for a unique game, but it is a very foreboding feeling, specially when you take into consideration I am one of a handful of humans that has played this, probably the only person to have played it in this decade. The story is nothing to write home sadly. This, my friends, is a book case of outsider art. You should definitely play it.
