HROT is a single-player retro FPS set in a small socialist country neighboring Soviet Union (Czechoslovakia) after an unspecified disaster in 1986. Those times were dark and terrifying and so is the game.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

What a game! Despite it having these very classic-style graphics, a lot of shooting will be done! and not only that: in addition to the guns, the player has also grenades AND mines at his diposal! A very interesting selection of enemies waits to be blown to pieces. The maps are well thought through, played it on "normal" (yes, i was cocky!) for a first blind playthrough. Got stuck only once, and that was in episode 2. The rest of this game is self-explanatory: navigate through the map (map overlay available and works well!) and point the open end of the weapon towards anything that moves and looks hostile. Great game for brainless shooting, with some missions being much more challenging than others. Nice details of Czech culture "hidden" in details - luckily got this information from a first-hand-source.
