Hotel Tome ws

Pretty cool free point & click game. At first I thought it was just gonna be the average experience, simple story, classic point & click gameplay, but the ending was a really nice surprise that explains some odd things happening in the game with an awesome 4th wall plot twist!

Short and Fun Game. I really enjoyed playing it and I can only recommend it to everyone that likes point-and-click puzzle games. Try it out, since its for free you cant loose anything. -This1Guy

I love the "pop-up book" art style!!😍 It is actually highly conducive to this kind of game. The environments were interesting, and I enjoyed the vignettes that unfolded in these spaces. The conclusion was surprising and quirky. I quite enjoyed it! The only downer was that the text was seriously lagging the speech on my machine. So, I had to wait a bit for it to catch up once the audio was done. All in all, this is exactly what I look for from this kind of experience. Not too simple, not too challenging. Not too silly, not too serious. [i]Hotel Tome[/i] is gaming Goldilocks for me.😊

This short game is a good, fun, and humorous delight. It is a novel approach to a point and click adventure - in fact, it is an approach that actually is a novel! The pop-up book graphical style works very well and smoothly, and the voice-over by the female lead, in particular, is excellent and entertaining. There are in-game achievements but there are no corresponding Steam achievements, unfortunately. The puzzles are quite straightforward for the most part, and there are alternative solutions to a couple of them. Well done to the developers for this little gem.
