About
Hotel Manager Simulator is an immersive management game where you build and run your very own hotel in the heart of the city. Begin with a small, rundown 1-floor building and grow it into a towering 100-story luxury hotel!
You’re the boss. Design your hotel from the ground up, expand floor by floor, and decorate each room with fully customizable furniture. Purchase items ranging from Budget to Luxury and upgrade your facilities to increase your hotel rating, attract more guests, and boost your profits.
Running a hotel isn’t easy! Work the reception desk, answer room-service phone calls, solve guest issues, and maintain a high popularity rating. Happy guests mean better reviews—and more income to fuel your next big expansion.
Use your in-game computer to manage every aspect of the business:
Manage rooms and reservations
Upgrade and expand the hotel
Hire employees
Purchase furniture & supplies
Run marketing campaigns
Apply for loans
Play fun mini-games
Browse the online furniture store and customize your hotel with a huge selection of items. Higher-grade furniture lets you charge more per room and helps build your hotel's star rating all the way to 5 Stars.
Need a break from managing the hotel? Unwind and enjoy some classic games right from your hotel computer.

Enjoying this game very much! The dev consistently implements patches and communicates directly with users submitting bug reports and suggestions for the game, its quite reassuring knowing that there will be a lot of new content and features added to a very satisfying (so far) simulator experience. Looking forward to more! :)
Everything's great. Add waitresses and ability to change floor plan after its placed. Add a abilityh to create your own custom floor plan, building type(paid). Then this game can charge the price of 50$
Per adesso lo consiglio, ma è un po scarno, spero che gli sviluppatori non lo abbandonino.
this a very great game to play haven a lots fun keep up the good work i like the lift in the game i hope you are able to get in side it and button to push to each floor
Super
I cant recommend it in this state. The dev is currently attentive but Ive seen simulator games released too soon have great devs who eventually give up so Im worried about that possibly happening. Not many features or progression. Waiting around for calls is a nightmare. Pointing your mouse is extremely off (I have to guess where the phone is by pointing all over the floor and ceiling AROUND the phone) you cant use sliders on the in-game computer at all with controller, but the mouse is invisible if you use mouse so again you're guessing where to click. There are empty features that do nothing such as in-game computer gambling. Steam really needs to crack down on new game devs who dont have the basics down and pump games out too fast incompleted. In early access it is supposed to of already been tested heavily, we aren't supposed to be testing an alpha shell for you, but rather simply playing an unfinished game with some missed bugs. I'm not being mean, Im a software dev student. I get it. But you really should have accurate inputs, on screen mouse icons, feature tests down before you release apps. I really hope you pull through. Itd be nice to finally see a dev who released a game too soon really buckle down and stick with us players to fix it. Motel simulator and pawn simulator had devs who tried then ran off. I really hope you wont do this. Its merely a learning curve
