The "about" section of this game and the video trailer don't accurately showcase just how much content it has. After some time playing, getting money for Sweetie's medicine becomes secondary, and you turn into a mad scientist puppeting the island and its unfortunate residents however you like. This is basically a God simulator. De Horsey island is populated with many extant and extinct creatures (all conveniently called horses) and you can do basically anything you can think of with them. You can use the CRISPR lab for cloning and gene editing, breed ANY animals at your ranch, extract the DNA of fossils and bring entire species back from the dead, mutate animals and people with the plutonium from the power plant (which is powered by a massive hamster wheel, by the way), turn animals and people into glue for easy cash, fish in any body of water, terraform, give Sweetie your trophies who might or might not bring them to a pawn shop, bet ridiculous amounts of money on horse races, turn cars and apple trees sentient, dig up briefcases full of money, buy a bunch of beer and get anyone or anything drunk, help a zoologist with researching the "horse" population, melt any creature into a DNA-filled bucket and put the resulting slurry onto a floppy disk, sign your creatures into the circus or turn them into a sumo wrestler... You can even kill literally every living being on De Horsey, or simply replace the NPCs with "horses" that you cursed with intelligence and speech. And I didn't even go to deeply into the gene editing part! Please don't let the simple, geometric-style graphics fool you, the content in this game wouldn't be possible with anything more realistic. (It's also pretty charming, in my opinion). Doing quests for the NPCs and winning championship races will give you useful upgrades that make the game ridiculously easy and fun. You can also dig up accessories (hats, ties, shoes) and give them to NPCs or "horses", who will wear them. There are hidden/secret tracks that can come up randomly (there is a rock on the track, the lines aren't drawn straight, the race track is extra long, random NPCs will become jockeys, etc) and make the races more interesting. The soundtrack and sound effects are also very charming, with every building having its own music and every character having an unique "speaking" sound. I thought the price was a bit much at first (and I waited for a sale) because I didn't understand just how much there is to this game. The developer is actively updating it and trying to patch the bugs, many players are working on mods, graphics, or help websites for the community to use, the discussions on the store page are interesting, some of the screenshots uploaded are mind-boggling, and there are challenge runs made by YouTubers for anyone to try or watch. You don't even have to be a total maniac to play this, you can just gamble on increasingly stranger-looking horses until you accumulate the $62375 for the cure... but it does help if you're at least a little bit of a maniac. I would like many players to experience Horsey Game. There's really nothing else like it.

I bought this game after watching Caseoh and Hethelyon play. This game is... incredible lol I don't know how else to say it. this game is weird. its addicting. its fun. i have had a blast playing it and i hope they will make more content for it in the future. i played this on steam deck and even though it is not verified, it played just fine. however you probably cannot name your horses and the controls are quite weird. but totally playable and enjoyable. i recommend this game for sure. its a good price and plenty of play time.
top 5 games i ever played, had to rely on gambling towards the end tho
i have created so many unfortunate animals.
oyunu yapanın cidden profesyonel destek alması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. fazla detaylı at zegsi oyunu
