HOROS - Magnifica

Really poorly made game for its price. The English translation is basically completely unreadable, so the plot flies out the window the moment you start immersing yourself in the story. Not only that but there is a bunch of periods dotting every word and expression, like what even is that for? That already being enough to leave a negative review we must unfortunately continue. The scenes are poorly made and the animations are bad; every hot scene is accompanied by a ton of text which you can't even comprehend. The main character is a half-witted dirty animal but that's okay cause he has a large penis. The game is poorly made it has a few bugs that just ruin the game completely and some of the scenes can't be replayed in the gallery. The only good feature of this creation is the combat system but it is also very primitive and doesn't make up for all the inadequacy.

Fantasy settings are highly appealing when applied correctly to adult games and Horos - Magnifica does a great job in this regard. Firstly this game is not a visual novel but rather a text RPG with character level ups, random combats that require you to use both conventional weapons as well as magic. The MC's armor and sword are practically a replica of Gerlat of Rivia in the Witcher 3 Wilde Hunt and he suffers from amnesia that makes him forget his real name along with his past, yet the MC's character and background story is nothing like Geralt of Rivia and as you progress through the story you get to like him and the world created. This game has been remastered using AI which has made it better looking than its original version but unfortunately the animations look like the characters are constantly out of breath which is truly a bad design choice. The developer knows that making a character look alive by giving them ridiculous breathing animations that make them feel like they are hyper ventilating is a bad design choice which is why their upcoming DLC offers realistic animations for all characters. Whoever thinks making a character seem breathless makes them look more alive needs to stop being lazy and make better animations and fortunately the developers are not going to make the same mistake again in their future games. The adult scenes are some of the best you see due to AI usage and the game features 14 different endings, collectibles, and occasionally strict conditions to bed certain female characters. A walkthrough is necessary for a complete experience and the game can take about a dozen hour or so for a full play-through which means there is plenty of content here. I enjoyed this game and recommend it but I am more excited about its upcoming DLC as I am sure it will correct many of the mistakes of the original one and will be probably one of the best looking fantasy AVN's out there.

Que dire de ce jeu, tout simplement, il porte très bien son nom car il est magnifique (Horos Magnifica). Que ce soit les cinématiques et les images tout est beau, de plus l'histoire est très sympa avec juste ce qu'il faut d'auto-dérision. Alors oui je ne suis pas un grand fan de AI pour la création de jeu car les personnages se ressemblent tous, avec des émotions très froides, mais là c'est bien géré, alors ça passe bien, si je chipotais je dirais que les morphologies des femmes pourraient être plus différentes, mais je chipote. Ensuite le petit côté RPG à l'ancienne pas trop dur mais avec quelques Boss hard est très plaisante. Niveau durée de vie et générosité dans la proposition on est bien , très bien même, car existe d'autres jeu de ce types avec une écriture sympa des jolies animations et de belles images mais bien trop court, alors que là on est sur une proposition de bien 20 heures pour tout faire, ce qui dans ce registre est assez rare quand c'est bien fait. Dernier détaille qui n'en ai pas un le jeu est aussi en français, avec une traduction correcte. Donc pour moi ce jeu mérite d'être connu et il est classé AAA.

If you're looking for a "Fantasy-Heavy" story-line, then 'HOROS-Monster Slayer and Lover of Many' is a fun game to play! But, that's only true if you go into this game understanding it has some forgivable flaws, some very minor English issues, but nothing game breaking by any means!! The game has a fairly-well balanced automatic battle system built into it as well, allowing you to whip some Monster *SS! I believe you're given the choice in this game's beginning to play with differing levels of "challenge difficulty" too! That allows you to cut mini-games. There's just enough good story content and plot intrigue to make for a lot of game for your money! The artwork is a bit dated, but rendered well enough that its female Love Interests (LI) are still SEXY! Also, understand this is a game with obvious humor woven into its script, and if you can live with all these considerations, then LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN! ! ! This is a FUN sandbox romp, with the intent to build yourself a harem and beat the challenges of various monsters across a fantasy landscape in ancient times! So, if you appreciate some of the older AVNs, you'll probably want to give this one a shot! But, if the game's minor flaws as described make you feel hesitant, then maybe pick it up while on sale, you'll be surprised how well this steamy relic holds up!!!

Вообще, студия «Lesson of Passion» — старейшие разработчики 18+ VN. На рынке они уже больше 12 лет (ещё со времен Flash player), и качество их арт-отдела и художников очень высокое, но вот только сеттинги практически всегда были Real Life, а сюжеты не особо выделялись и цепляли. Что про них и забыл, но с выходом данной игры мне их творчество снова стало любопытно. Игра — сплав пошаговой RPG и AVN в сеттинге тёмного фэнтези с добротным сюжетом, очень хорошей картинкой и множеством сцен. Проходить было интересно до самого финала, и не было ощущения скуки. В игре 14 концовок и примерно столько же любовных интересов для ГГ. Рекомендую!

Deserves a lot of praise. I'm gay and enjoy the gameplay, very polished. Quality is very high in every way. Need less emo SS games and more games like this. I literally enjoy watching the rugged main character. Take no notice of the woman haha. Cannot wait for the DLC

I bought this on sale, lured in by the fantasy RPG setting and an unconventional MC. I shouldn't have ignored the negative reviews. This is a grind, and the character leveling up grind is actually not as bad as the H scenes! Download at your peril, unless you're really bored. Horos the Tedious.
