Abandoned game. Had promise but no word from developer on any updates since last year. Don't bother.

nach einer Weile hab ich das Spiel mal wieder gespielt, letzer Spielstand war 2018 und jetzt der neue Spielstand ist 2025. Ich dachte es gibt neuen Inhalt oder ähnliches....aber da lag ich falsch... ....das was neu dazugekommen ist, ist, dass die Map überarbeitet wurde, was positiv ist und das ein Neuer NPC dazugekommen ist (ARMY Support)..... ....alles andere ist gleich geblieben und die Tiere, NPC, bzw. die Banditen sind komplett verbugt.... ....man kann die Tiere herumschupsen (wenn man ohne Damage spielt). .....beim Schießen auf die NPCs braucht man nur einen Kopfschuss und sie sind tot, außer man trifft sie woanders, dann braucht man ewig, bis sie sterben.... .....manchmal hat man den Bug, das der Pfeil einfach durch die NPCs hindurchgeht, ohne sie zuschaden, also sozusagen sind sie Geister..... .....des Weiteren kann man NUR die männlichen Banditen mit der Spitzhacke töten, die weiblichen hingegen NUR mit Bogen, Pistole und AK47.... .....außerdem kann es vorkommen, das wenn man einen NPC oder Tier töten möchte, zu Engine Abstürzen führen kann, was ärgerlich ist, wenn man nicht speichern kann oder gespeichert hat, denn dann ist der ganze Fortschritt eben weg..... Grafisch möchte ich micht nicht dazu äußern, außer das es simple gehalten ist..... FAZIT: Game macht Spaß, bis zu dem Punkt, an dem die NPCs und Tiere fast gar nicht mehr spawnen bzw. erscheinen.

Just bought the game and think it's well put together. The developer has done a great job , you have to try it. Great game, i am in love and want more of it

Hold Your Own Survival/ Crafting game plenty of things to find in houses make clothing, ammo and weapons build base,hunt cook gather resources farming island to visit challenging and rewarding.

This game is a lot of fun,hard at some points.This is what keeps you coming back.I would highly recommend picking this one up and giving it a go.

I like the game, but the map is WAY too big. Especially since it always crashes when I try to use the vehicles. Takes hours to accomplish even the simple quests, and getting from one island to another without the boat (Not using bridges) you die before you get to the other islands almost every time.

I tried this game, but it's just bad! I had to return it because I see no future in this barebone abandoned game: 1. Map is pretty uniform. There's only a circling roads, a few types of houses (except buildings in ferry-harbors), and 98% of map being just a one type of infinite forests. 2. I played the Sandbox mode, but there was simply NO enough customization options. For example, there's no settings about hungry and thirst at all, as the latter was dropping quite faster for me. 3. I was playing on Windowed Mode 720p and Low-Medium setting, but the game was still running at like lower 20s / high 10s FPS. 4. There's absolutely NO way to see entire game's map at all, only the minimap! 5. Game was abandoned by developers in Early Access in 2023, which means there's will be NEVER a patch for Windows 11's very recent versions compatibility! 6. Even currently, this game's compatibility with Win 11 24H2 (and the upcoming Windows 11 25H2 version) is basically still completely unknown. Major of people had played the game only on either Windows 10 like me, or only on older Windows 11 versions, like 23H2 but NO ONE report about how its running on Win 11's 24H2 / 25H2 problematic versions, whatsoever! Even lots of other games are having a hefty trouble running on that 24H2 Windows 11 version. Therefore I cannot recommend this game, especially if you're on those very recent Windows 11 versions. An awesome map with great variety of places to explore 2. An extensive difficulty and gameplay settings 3. A complete Map Editor for making custom survival maps, working pretty much fine 4. Compared to the barebone [b]Hold Your Own[/b], [b]Heavenworld[/b] is working being pretty much close as a finished game.
