Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

打折买的,挺好玩的,适合喜欢慢节奏的人
its a very cute and charming game
edit1: Gra wywaliła błąd uniemożliwiający poruszanie się postacią = brak możliwości kontynuowania rozgrywki. Super sprawa, szkoda czasu i pieniędzy. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego tytułu. Mamy Animal Crossing w domu. Animal Crossing w domu: Zbugowane, bez jakiejś większej głębi, przede wszystkim mniej "sympatyczne" w porównaniu do oryginału. Dzięki Hokko Life przypomniałem sobie ile zabawy miałem z Animal Crossing i dzięki niej dzisiaj odkurzę swojego Switcha xD

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hokko Life is a relaxed community and life simulation game developed by Wonderscope Games and published by Team17. Built around creativity, exploration, crafting, and village development, it invites players to leave behind ordinary city life and settle in the peaceful town of Hokko. The basic premise is deliberately uncomplicated, allowing the experience to focus on establishing a new home, becoming acquainted with the local animal residents, and gradually transforming a modest settlement into a personalized community. Its gentle atmosphere makes it particularly suitable for players who prefer games where progress can be made at their own pace without constant pressure or demanding objectives. Customization is one of Hokko Life's defining qualities. The village is not simply a static location where players complete tasks, because buildings, houses, interiors, and outdoor spaces can gradually be changed to reflect individual preferences. New homes can be constructed for residents, while existing structures can be positioned around the settlement to create a preferred layout. This gives village expansion a personal quality, since two players can approach the same available spaces in noticeably different ways. Instead of merely watching Hokko develop automatically, players have a meaningful role in determining what their version of the community eventually becomes. The workshop provides even greater creative control. Materials gathered throughout the world can be taken back and turned into furniture and decorative objects, while the design system provides opportunities to create items rather than relying entirely on a fixed collection of predetermined furniture. Different shapes and materials can be manipulated to produce customized creations, allowing enthusiastic designers to spend considerable time experimenting. Furniture can also be painted, further increasing the number of possible appearances. The system can take some patience to master, but it is arguably the feature that gives Hokko Life its clearest personality within the crowded cozy simulation genre. Creative options extend beyond furniture. Players can produce their own wallpaper and flooring, customize clothing, and use flowers gathered during exploration to create paints. These systems complement one another nicely because gathering resources has a visible purpose. A flower discovered outside the village might eventually contribute to the appearance of a room, while materials collected elsewhere can become part of a newly designed piece of furniture. The Community Store adds another dimension by allowing designs to be shared through creator codes and downloaded for use, while themed creator challenges provide additional motivation for players who particularly enjoy the artistic side of the game. Life outside the workshop consists of several familiar but appropriate activities. Trees provide wood, mining produces useful materials, and exploration supplies resources needed for construction and crafting. Farming offers another peaceful occupation and fits comfortably into the rural setting. These mechanics are generally straightforward rather than highly technical, which suits the game's accessible design but can leave players seeking a complicated agricultural or economic simulation wanting greater depth. Hokko Life is much more interested in providing a collection of pleasant activities than making any individual system extremely demanding. Fishing gives players another reason to explore different parts of the environment. Fish have varying behaviors, and craftable bait can help when attempting to catch particular varieties. Insect catching similarly encourages exploration, with a net allowing creatures to be collected and added to the player's discoveries. Neither activity radically changes the game, but together they create useful alternatives whenever decorating, crafting, or farming starts to feel repetitive. Hokko Life works best when these activities are regularly alternated rather than pursued individually for long stretches. The residents provide the social foundation of the village. Players can get to know the different personalities living around Hokko and gradually build friendships with them. Constructing homes for new inhabitants makes village expansion feel connected to the community rather than functioning purely as a building exercise. Decorating those homes also gives the customization mechanics a practical role beyond designing the player's own residence. Seasonal activities and other events help provide variety, although players expecting an especially deep relationship simulator or an elaborate narrative should keep their expectations measured. The social component supports the cozy atmosphere more than it drives a complicated storyline. Visually, Hokko Life adopts a colorful and friendly style that immediately communicates its intentions. Its anthropomorphic characters, pleasant countryside, small houses, gardens, and decorative possibilities create an inviting environment. The graphics prioritize charm and readability rather than technical realism, which is a sensible choice for a game where players may spend hours arranging furniture or modifying their village. As the settlement becomes more developed, the player's customization choices become increasingly noticeable, giving the visual progression a satisfying personal element. The game's relaxed structure is both an advantage and a weakness. Players who enjoy setting personal objectives can easily become absorbed in designing furniture, reorganizing homes, gathering materials, expanding the village, collecting creatures, or perfecting individual rooms. Those who depend on strong narrative momentum or constant rewards may find the experience noticeably slower. Repeated trips for resources and routine activities can eventually become monotonous, particularly when a player is more interested in reaching a specific construction goal than enjoying the process of gathering everything required for it. This means Hokko Life is at its strongest when approached as a creative sandbox with life-simulation elements rather than as a deeply structured role-playing or management game. Its design tools provide considerably more freedom than its simple appearance initially suggests, while farming, fishing, insect collecting, crafting, exploration, social interaction, and village building create a broad assortment of supporting activities. Not every mechanic has enough complexity to stand alone, but together they establish a comfortable routine that rewards patience and experimentation. Overall, Hokko Life is a charming and ambitious cozy simulator whose greatest strength is allowing players to leave a personal mark on their surroundings. Wonderscope Games places customization at the heart of the experience, and Team17's published release offers a substantial mixture of furniture creation, house decoration, community development, gathering, farming, fishing, collecting, and social interaction. Some repetition and relatively shallow supporting systems prevent it from reaching the highest level of the genre, especially for players seeking extensive storytelling or sophisticated simulation mechanics. For creative players who enjoy slowly constructing and decorating a community without being rushed, however, Hokko Life provides an appealing and pleasantly flexible escape. Rating: 7/10
