Hidden Cats Invade Venice

猫を探すゲームの 3D 版。ただし自由に歩き回れるタイプの 3D ではなく、同じ軌道でぐるっと回れるだけ。なのだが、それでも普通にやると十分難しい。見つけていない猫がいると鳴くのでどうにかクリアできるというバランス。自信のある人には鳴き声をオフにすることをお勧めする。 この手のゲームにありがちな猫っぽいものを探すではなく、猫も 3D モデルがあるので真に猫を探すゲームなのでその点もとても良い。3D なので猫がいて不自然でない配置になっている。黒猫が暗がりにいるとか意地悪な配置は多々あるが、これも鳴き声があるので程よい難易度で楽しめた。 UI も 3D だと使いにくくなりがちなのだが、起動が固定されているため使いにくいということもなかった。カーソルが画面の縁にいくと画面スクロールしてしまう初期設定は自分にはとても使いにくかったのだが、これは設定でオフにできる。作っている人がちゃんと遊んでいる感があってとても好印象だった。

I'm going to evaluate this game in English and French. Je vais évaluer ce jeu en Anglais et Français. ENGLISH I think this game is a familial game, which is adapted to little ones, but is also appropriate to adults. It makes me think about the book "Where's Waldo?" when I was younger. It makes us work our observation and patience because even if those little cats are cute, they are also silly to be hidden in little corners or high up, like in real life, ah ha! This game plays on perspectives so we often have to manipulate the camera in order to have the good angle and achieve to find the cat. Fortunately, we can zoom in and out, and fortunately we can hear miaows when there are cats in vision. The scenaries are pleasents, the music is relaxing, the play of colors and the effect of light and shade are well done. To put in a nutshell, this game is really relaxing and chilling (a way to "work" by playing a game), until you are running out of patience! But there are some helps (available in the menus). _____________________________________________________________ FRANCAIS Je trouve que ce jeu est un jeu familial, qui est adapté aux plus petits, mais qui convient aussi aux adultes. Il me fait penser au livre "Où est Charlie?" quand j'étais jeune. Cela fait travailler l'observation et la patience car même si ces petits chats sont mignons, ils sont également des coquins, à se cacher dans des petits recoins ou en hauteur, comme dans la vraie vie, hihi! Ce jeu joue sur la perspective ce qui fait qu'on doit souvent manipuler la caméra pour avoir le bon angle et réussir à trouver les chats. Heureusement qu'on peut zoomer et dézoomer, et heureusement qu'on entend les miaulements lorsqu'on a un chat en vision. Les décors sont sympathiques, la musique est relaxante, le jeu des couleurs et des ombres/lumières est bien faite. En résumé, ce jeu est vraiment relaxant et amusant (un moyen de "travailler" tout en jouant à un jeu), jusqu'à ce qu'on perde patience (mais il y a des aides, trouvables dans le menu).

This is a great hidden objet game! It's really fun to look for the cute little hidden kittens, and I love the fireworks at the end of each level! Glad I found this gem :)

Wonderful! Astonishing! In a word: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Since I played its demo, "Hidden Cats Invade Venice" has won me over. I discovered the demo while searching for games set in Venice. Knowing the city and its charm well (before relocating near Milan I lived near Venice), I was surprised to find in the game an atmosphere that captured something of the Venetian vibe on a sunny day. The music is excellent: soothing, pleasant, perfect after a day of work when you want to relax in the evening. The color palette is beautiful, and the gameplay is absolutely accessible. You just need to pay close attention—especially when the kitten is the same color as the wall or hidden in the shadow. I rarely write reviews, but I wrote this one just to recommend this wonderful game. I will keep playing it until I find all the cats!

Ein einfaches Suchspiel bei dem man Katzen in Venedig finden muss. Dabei hat man insgesamt 600 Katzen auf 8 unterschiedlichen Level verteilt. Die Katzen sind einfach-sehr schwierig versteckt & beanspruchen teilweise einiges an Zeit xD. Beim Suchen der Katzen kann man diese auch miauen hören, was einem dabei helfen soll sie zu finden (Tipp: Das Miauen kommt immer erst dann, wenn eine Katze gesichtet wurde). Einige Katzen sind so tricky versteckt, dass es teilweise schwierig ist dieses miauen herauszuhören. Dafür kann man als Hilfe die Funktion für taubstumme Leute nutzen. Dabei bekommt man nicht nur das miauen zu hören, sondern auch eine Schallwelle, die anzeigt aus welcher Richtung das miauen ungefähr kam, was sehr hilfreich war! Alle Level sind 3D mäßig aufgebaut, was ich persönlich ganz cool finde, weil es mal was anderes ist & die Schwierigkeit nochmal um einiges erhöht. Die Level bestehen dabei aus der normalen Sicht & auch aus der Vogelperspektive (von oben), was das ganze teilweise schwieriger gemacht hat. Man muss sich über das gesamte Bild bewegen, mehrfach raus/reinzoomen & dabei auch auf den richtigen Winkel achten, da die meisten Katzen nur so entdeckt werden können (Es ist auch hilfreich die Auflösung zu ändern, dadurch sieht man teilweise besser bzw. mehr. Habe hauptsächlich auf 1280x1024 oder 1440x1080 gespielt). Eine weitere Hilfe ist die Funktion das Bild heller oder dunkler einzustellen, dadurch werden die geheimen Pinguine & schwarze Katzen leichter entdeckt (viele Schatten auf der Map). Wenn man in den ersten 4 Level alle Pinguine gefunden hat, werden die Secret Level freigeschaltet, bei denen man Pinguine finden muss, die aber deutlich schwieriger versteckt sind. Auch hier muss man ganz genau zuhören aus welcher Richtung die Geräusche kommen. Alles in allem ist das Spiel meiner Meinung nach recht gut gelungen & man sieht, dass sich gerade durch die 3D Stellung sehr viel Mühe gegeben wurde & für den Preis finde ich das ganze auch gerechtfertigt.

A relaxing game with adorable cats, Cats chilling at the weirdest places, like cats do. + Levels have a lot of details. + Nice relaxing and engaging musics. + Can be played by and with children, also a nice game for children to learn using the mouse. + Cats Meowing to help finding them, in a not too obvious way, it can also be removed in the option by turning down the "cats sounds". + Multiple levels and ways to navigate them, also some hidden secrets. + Game saves can be reset adding some replayability, especially for children. - Some harder levels can be tricky with camera movements and angles, take a lot of time and feel a bit less rewarding. But it's balanced by the help sounds. - !!! Be careful, if you don't have a very performant gaming pc, don't hesitate to turn a bit down the graphical quality, in the option menu ( gear ) and clicking on polygons: more angles/faces means high details and light/shadow effects and less angles/faces means low details and light/shadow effects.
