Hexworld is a tactical auto-battle RTS where you control the traveling kingdom-island, manage your tiles, collect and upgrade buildings, crash into other islands and watch your precious giant golem inevitably fall off the cliff on his way to the front lines.

About
-- A long time ago seven kingdoms lived in friendship and prosperity. Well. Sort of. They argued and bickered and schemed a lot. But they only fought under strict rules of Golem Wars. Until one time, one little girl decided that it would be a good idea to read a Soulwork spell while holding the most powerful artifact in all Lumisfera and broke the world apart.
-- I can hear you, stupid cat!
-- I very much hope so, Your Majesty. I'll be counting on your perfect hearing. Will you please veer slightly to the left to avoid crashing into those rocks?
-- ...Can I really do it? Make it right again?
*sigh
-- Of course you can, little one. I put my trust in you.
Venture into the far reaches of the Aether sea to reclaim the broken land. Control your island, crash into and fight the enemy factions, capture their hexes, buildings and resources - and then make the best use of them while managing your kingdom in this unique RTS.
Cute little hexagon islands! Build your own empire on the island floating in the Aether
Many unique unit types! Collect some low level unit barracks to get immediate power boost, or pick the rare lair you will only be able to employ later? Your choice!
Make building combos! Merge low-tier spawners and put special buildings nearby to make the most efficient army utilizing limited resources and space
Auto battles between numerous armies! Use magic spells, skills and siege buildings to help in combat.
Keyboard-controlled RTS just as you all like (but this time we actually added mouse support!)

I Really wanted to like this, but the price is just too high for what you get. It's a cute little indie project but I just can't recommend it either A. at this point in dev or B. at this price
good game ,but its overpriced
Add a button to stop my troops from bringing back crystals from the Aether to my castle. Not being able to stop them from collecting them has killed me more than anything else and has become a reason for me to stop playing the game entirely till added.
我超!有中文了! ♥♥♥♥ me ! have Chinese !
I think it's important to remember that this game is in Early Access, there's a lot going on here that's really cool, it seems like someone working on it was genuinely passionate about the idea. That said, the game play is pretty lacking. The controls are quite janky, unit orders don't work (and the "all or nothing" unit management for unit types makes the feature essentially redundant. The levels are repetitive, there limits of merging are surprisingly low, as is the island upgrade potential. The difficulty doesn't really make sense - the only thing that will end your attempt is a combination of the "Aether eyes are on you" event combined with absolutely atrocious unit intelligence. Still, lots to be pleased with here! Definitely not worth the money in its current state, I'd wait til it's properly developed or hope for a good steam sale, a little bit disappointed given the price :')
Spent too long playing this mobile game in order to get my refund. It's fun don't get me wrong, it's just the message of the developer and what they do with the game, are completely different. "Who want to lose" There are many lose stages. I mean a lot. Ram a immovable object just a little too hard? Your troops are deleted. Engage the enemy at a bad time? there goes your castle. I'm okay with throwing my head against the wall for a few hours, but rolling one of the beginning islands, only to be conquered in less than 10 seconds by Bees when I have arrows and archer as abilities??????? LOL OKAY. Caveat Emptor, the game is too easy until it's not possible. Maybe add some explanation into how tiles provide their resources when bordering two structures. Another note on tiles; The whole system is.... Convoluted to say the least. There is a particular meta going on here that I haven't quite nailed down. More numbers, more better, but not in a straight forward kind of way. Also why does a damn castle not have an archer garrison??? I know that's a dumb complaint, but unless t3 castle is archers... Why bother upgrading? 5/10 early access game that need some love.
I like this game. I think it's got interesting concepts, but it doesn't seem like a game that's worth $15. I say this as it is still in early access, so this feeling very well could change. I wish I could use the momentum I have to throw my people onto the other tiles, or inversely I wish I could charge the enemies off of their tiles when we're in battle. I don't like how floaty moving my island feels. I don't like how dumb my AI is. Like I feel like if we're locked in a battle with another tile my troops should automatically charge in to fight, but when I did that I got decimated immediately. You have prebound hotkeys, which is nice, and are a must if you want to progress in the game, but that seems silly to me. I feel really lost when navigating the menus I don't get a clear sense on what I should prioritize in the chop: tiles or more buildings or more spells. It's not super satisfying to take down a level. Especially when you have to sell the majority of the mass of your island away just to move on. All that being said I do like the idea. I just don't think it's fully flushed out [because it's early access].
Currently I can't recommend this game at all. When I first bought it I had fun and loved this game. Now the bloody Aether Swarm enemies are just way to strong across all difficulties and them spawning isn't even the problem. 1 Aether enemy is so strong in the early stages that if one gets on your island, you are screwed. They have multiple ways to just kill all your troops that even when you have every island attachment before fighting them they still win. There is no strategy against them as a whole army will just lose to one. What am I meant to gain when I can't kill one, but i need to kill a whole army of them to get the objective. I've tried so many different powerups in order to try to gain an advantage and even just rushed them, nothing works against them. Maybe late game I would be able to handle them, but there is no way to get late game. In the current state of the game the only thing I can think about is how I wish to refund this game. I am not having fun anymore with this game.
Zu früh gekauft. Noch sehr unausgereift und dafür 15€ hinzulegen, war ein Fehler.
