Good hexidecimal sudoku. Unfortunantly I am an achievement hunter, so the achievements for 4 consecutive weeklies, a perfect weekly, 20000 total score, and cursed (whatever that means) all bring my enjoyment of just doing sudoku down somewhat. It's an honestly pretty unique take on sudoku. If it had better support for non keyboard and mouse controls, then it'd be a great travel game, but alas. Still a great game and I would recommend it if you are a fan of logic puzzle games, especially sudoku

Hexle's a pretty clever Sudoku variant! It borrows a bit from the well-known logic puzzler but does its own things with hexadecimal and binary mechanics which I really enjoy! Don't feel too daunted by said mechanics either, the game's good with teaching you how to play and having visual guides during gameplay to either ease you in or assist you during your solves. Eventually you'll pick up on some patterns when it comes to marking and eliminating possibilities while placing notes on cells! The game has 4 difficulties for both 8x8 and 16x16 boards, as well as daily 8x8s and weekly 16x16s to tackle! You also unlock various color palettes throughout play, either by achieving certain goals or reaching a certain "metascore" (running count of points you've earned from solving boards based on the amount of cells you've filled in and the difficulty you were playing on). I like the game's minimalist, yet interesting aesthetic, feels pretty calming! I'd also be remiss to not mention the game's music, which is very good and dreamlike~ Almost feels nostalgic in a way (like you're playing an old casual PC game) and reminds me a bit of Gimmik and Ilkae's work (while also retaining its own identity)! Highly recommend this game to any logic puzzle enthusiasts out there! :)
