Keine Werbung, kein AI, kein Bullsh*t. Einfach nur Liebe für Games. 6 out of 10 short game with one steam achievement. I would suggest a few more achievements re but otherwise looking at the 100% completionist i would see it ok just a little cheaper than marked or buy in a bundle. I reported a sound bug which can easily get fixed so not letting that effect the score but would be nice to also label the sound option as sound instead of a non labelled bar. I think this game would do better with a voice instead of all the reading and have some emotion in it to direct the game more of what the character is feeling.
I really liked the game. The story of a scared guy struggling to hold on to his sanity feels realistic and thrilling. The puzzles are a good challenge, and I loved the Easter egg involving the books that are mentioned
Great Atmosphere Nice Music It captures Anxiety... Lovely Game
A raw and intimate trip through the mind that perfectly captures how anxiety feels, with great writing and dialogue
GOTY 2026
Hello Anxiety is a quietly powerful experience—thoughtful puzzles, evocative pixel art, and honest storytelling transform anxiety into understanding, reflection, and empathy. It lingers long after playing with emotional grace.
This is a nice little game about anxiety. It does a good job with the atmosphere and the writing. It doesn't seem to have options or a way to save, but it's a short game under 2 hours. Some gameplay mechanics are a little frustrating, but I feel like that's purposeful because anxiety can also be frustrating. I also enjoyed the easter eggs. Now I have some reading recommendations :)
