Nice match 3 game with some puzzles and battles too. Recommend highly for a nice timed or relaxed mode chill out game.
What a nice match 3 game! :) Exactly what I needed. What I really like about the game is the relaxed mode, which you can switch on or off at any time. If you like a little bit of challenge - play the timed mode, if not - relaxed mode is really awesome. The levels are not too long (the longest ones took me maybe 3 minutes). 200 levels of pure joy and the addition of "find the difference" or "hidden object" stages made this game even better to me! The graphics are really nice and the music is just wonderful. The only tiny minus is the story...It is kinda weak (and yes...the main character does remind me of Lara Croft), but then again...many match 3 games don't have any stories. I highly recommend Heart of Moon: The Mask of Seasons to anyone that likes to relax with a nice casual game. 9,9/10
Yes. A very relaxing and a great Match-3 to space out to. Except for battles. There is a bit of a story and A LOT OF levels. Like 200... And they have this mechanic that let's you change the board layout! I've never seen anything like it. Got a thing stuck in a corner? NOT ANYMORE! Board exploders (from matching 4+) are hella fun to use. Just know they destroy their own... Instead of detonating them. There is some variety too, as it's not only Match-3. There is some HOG (Hidden Object play) and Find the Difference and like I already said, BATTLES. Just power stuff up and throw it at the enemy... Except for the Healing Bag... You don't want to throw that. Oh and you also re-build the island. Something to look forward to. I saw the ending... But my question is this... If this artifact has magical powers... Wouldn't...? You know... "Those people" take it away from them or steal it? That mask is going to escape isn't it? I know it's going to go off on it's own. That's how you make another game with that story line. :p Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! =) :3 :D
Spielspaß mit Suchtpotenzial: Auch nach stundenlangem Sortieren, Verschieben, Vertauschen oder Anordnen wird die Jagd nach einer Dreierreihe nie langweilig.
Netter Zeitvertreib. Zu empfehlen.
Not too challenging but entertaining
A linear gauntlet of 200 levels, with only the faintest intrusion of plot along the way. The perfect game for when you need chill vibes. The majority of the gameplay consists of classic match-3 puzzles, with the usual obstacles of ice, chains, boxes, etc. There are also trap squares that manipulate the obstacles in some way, either by adding them or removing them from the board. Clearing four or more symbols at once spawns an upgraded symbol which unleashes a powerful clear attack when matched. Each upgraded symbol has its own clear pattern; for example: the upgraded scroll clears one vertical and one horizontal line centered on itself, and the upgraded healing elixir clears all other healing elixirs on the board. Additionally, there is a toggle button that lets you rearrange the physical shape of the board if you get stuck. It recharges every ten seconds, and is a very effective and innovative gimmick. Peppered alongside the classic match-3 puzzles are a handful of hidden object screens, spot-the-difference puzzles, match-3 digging challenges, and match-3 fighting battles. These act as palate cleansers to keep the game from feeling too samey or monotonous. Aesthetics-wise, the graphics are crisp, the music is appropriately backgroundy and atmospheric, and I encountered no bugs or issues while running the game. You can choose to play with or without a timer, although the timer is fairly generous. There were maybe five levels total where I had to go back and replay them because I missed a star on my first try. All of the achievements for the game are reasonable, even the 30-second challenge. There are a few levels that are specifically designed with speediness in mind if you trigger the helpful trap squares, and I was able to get a 28-second clear time on
level 51.
All in all, if you are looking for a straightforward match-3 game that will give you more than 10 hours of relaxation, this is a solid choice. I got it on sale for $4, and it was well worth the price.
