About
Haste is a high-speed third-person running game, set in a collapsing universe. Race through a variety of worlds, master your movement and use items and abilities to progress through each level before it falls apart around you. The game consists of ten Shards, each featuring a collection of procedurally generated levels that must be completed without fail to unlock the next. You’ll encounter challenges and characters on your journey, seeking answers about what lies behind the destruction, and how to escape it!
Third-person high-speed running gameplay
Both single player and online co-op running
10 Shards, each featuring a collection of procedurally generated levels that must be completed without fail to advance to the next Shard
90+ Items that let you customize your build for each attempt to clear a Shard
A story to explore and a lovable cast of characters to befriend
Four spectacular biomes with several different variations
4 abilities to master and 4 different bosses to discover
An unlockable endless mode
Mind-blowing speed is key and every landing counts! Hit the ground running (literally) and you’ll build up speed, but if you fumble it will cost you. You’ll need to think fast and keep track of your ever-changing surroundings to escape before the world crumbles beneath your feet.
In your run you'll be able to collect Sparks to use in the shop levels to manifest items. Items help you customise your run, affecting speed, damage, luck, health and other variables.
Speed through procedurally generated levels as you make your way through each Shard, completing every level before you run out of lives to advance to the next. Gather items and experiment with builds to help you on your way. Your journey through the broken worlds will be unique to you as you try to outrun the apocalypse.
You can now play through the entire game with other Zoes! It's cooperative in that you work together to progress, but we also keep track of player times in levels, which allows for some friendly and pleasant competition. To keep your friends apart we have unlockable skins!

As Zoe, you’ll meet different characters to aid you on your journey, whether through wisdom, encouragement or items to assist you.

I've found myself in a similar position to most regarding Haste, which unfortunately reinforces my opinion. The short of it?
Haste is half of a game.
Haste as a concept was really enticing to me. I really enjoy fast-paced "platforming" with the idea of maintaining your speed as your primary goal. I also really like roguelikes. Combining the 2 was something I kind of didn't expect to work. How could you make a speed focused platformer with unique generation and enough items varying in ability to make your runs feel unique from each other? I will start by giving credit to the game where it is due. The gameplay and game-feel is great, bordering phenomenal. The game has progressive difficulty that I feel works quite well for the most part, even if a few items can potentially trivialize things. The soundtrack compliments the gameplay remarkably. It's very good and doesn't really miss especially with how it contributes to the atmosphere of the game. The sound effects and overall flow of the sound design is great. Transitioning between levels is smooth and there was clearly a lot of well placed effort in making the down time between levels keep you immersed and focused even while not actively playing. It's a point that I feel doesn't get mentioned a lot when reviewing the game, and contributes greatly to its ability to keep you in flow state. The game is really, really good at keeping you in that flow state. However that's about where I find my praise of the game ending. It's great to have your game feel great to play, but I feel like Haste is trying to bite off more than it can chew. Haste has a story, and I really cannot say it was too gripping. I don't find the characters to be interesting or fleshed out. I can't sing its writing much praise, it feels cliche at almost every moment. The character designs are fine and I like the style of the game a lot, but I really don't like Zoey that much. I don't like her portrayal and voice direction and all having her being all stumbly and amateur. It really quite annoys me and it holds me back from feeling like piloting her is cool, which to be honest, I think is a huge selling point to the genre. There's smaller issues as well, the game has some strange issues with crashing and compatibility, the items range from barely useful to entirely gamebreaking, and the hub world is at a bad point of being both too big to get from place to place quickly and too barren to be fun to really run around for a while. I do think that Haste suffers most due to its insistence on having a story though. It feels extremely forced in its presentation and absolutely tears me out of the flow state the game is otherwise really really good at keeping me in. I think either the story presentation needed to be way different with more developed characters and themes, or it needed to be severely back-seated in favor of focusing heavily on the gameplay. This game has extremely high potential but fails to stick the landing in a way that ultimately takes away from the experience. I like playing the game, but I can't recommend the game for any other reason than that.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good game to relax :)
fun game. perfect to play with music.
This game is 3D Sonic if it was good in literally any aspect
W żadnej grze nie biegało mi się tak dobrze jak tu
This game is like a one trick pony. The levels are great, and it's super fun running through the environments, but it's lacking in every other aspect. I don't hate it, but I feel if a game is to be good it has to do well in multiple aspects, not just one. I love landfall, but if they spent a bit more time with this it could've been one of the greatest running games we would see for a long time. I will say, despite that I will keep playing this every now and then, as it's fun and challenging if you solely focus on beating shards and don't look outside of it.
I'm torn. This game gives me a rush like almost no other games do. However, the laser boss that you go inside of is just terrible! There is no skill, I just need to get massively lucky and or grind till I have enough heath or lives. The upgrades and items general full worthless. I wish the devs had just ditched leveling and items for just making better bosses and progression of skill. I want to love this game but it just ends up as alright.
