About
Team up with friends to fulfill an endless stream of HAM orders in a chaotic co-op game for you and your friends (or foes). Take the role of either manager or staff, where you start as a small factory and watch your operation spiral into beautiful chaos as demand skyrockets and your machines go from prime cut to scrap faster than you can say “smoked.”
WORK TOGETHER (OR FALL APART)
You'll need to coordinate with your team to survive the escalating chaos. Load HAM onto containers, operate conveyor belts, and rush to repair broken equipment while the clock ticks down. But watch out - at the end of each day, you can vote to replace your manager if they've been doing a terrible job!
MANAGE THE CHAOS
Navigate an ever-changing factory floor where conveyor belts break down, ham hoppers overflow, and delivery vans won't wait forever (Well, some of them!). Each day brings new tools to help you meet your quotas - if you can figure out how to use them before everything explodes into a full-blown HAM-tastrophe.
SURVIVE THE CORPORATE GRIND
Waste a glorious HAM container, get told off and see your daily profits fall to the bottom. Damaged, wasted products, and inefficient operations all eat into your bottom line. Can you balance speed with safety, or will corporate ambition be your downfall?

A NEW CHALLENGE EVERY DAY
Each day cranks up the pressure cooker with more orders, tighter deadlines, and new equipment to master. Start with a few orders a day and work your way up to managing more and more orders simultaneously across multiple loading bays.
DEMOCRACY IN ACTION
At the end of each shift, vote on whether to keep your current manager or promote someone new. The manager controls the hoppers, conveyor belts, and communication systems from their office while workers handle the physical labor. Will you be a beloved leader or get canned and smoked out of office?
INTO INFINITY AND BEYOND
The orders just never stop coming. HAM isn’t only about winning — it’s about seeing how long you can keep this hog-wild production line from collapsing into pulled pork. How many days before your corporate dreams get glazed and spiral-cut?

this game has to be played with 4 people no less there is to much travel time and things to make that you cant do it with any less then 4
I really tried to like this game, its a fun concept but I just don't think its executed really well. First is the gadget system. It is not intuitive to use at all and having to switch between them feels clunky at best and straight up run ruining at worst. There's too many gadgets for a game about making ham. I personally think that the ham making machines shouldn't be breaking at all to balance out the fact that the maps are spacious. It only makes sense in the first two maps where the maps are decently sized and easily manageable. It does not help that the grappler hook and jetpack have a cooldown and limit, which often cause you to fall and waste time. The grappler hook is easy to get motion sickness from and dizzying to use - it does not come right back when you let go of the hook. The jetpack feels extremely slow that sometimes even walking might just be the optimal choice for movement, and using it for too long will cause it to stop working. The game is in desperate need of an upgrades function or feature because the current gadgets feel redundant during the last half of the game and almost feels like its holding you back from reaching quota by the time you're fighting the boss. The difficulty spike is a bit too steep. The final boss is almost ridiculous, the maps feel too large and is not under 4 player friendly, medium immediately removing country names without warning?? I think there should be a list of things shown before starting the difficulty that tells us what has changed because the game's features are already hard enough as is with its gameplay difficulty. I often play the game with 3 people and somehow that is not enough?? The game should at least try to adjust its maps to to the amount of people because it feels physically impossible to juggle five different ham recipes in the largest map known to man and meet quota when they're all horrendously spaced out. Even inventory space does not match up to the difficulty spike and just feels tedious overall to go through each number from 1-4 on the keyboard and grab ingredients individually. It would make sense for it to happen during the early part of the game but definitely not during late game. Lastly, the game has some bugs that genuinely can be frustrating. Items may physically be there on the ground but you cannot pick it up. Items are in your inventory but won't show up if you want to hold it out or put it into the ham making machines. When jumping around with boxes in your hands on the trampoline, it is very likely for the box to glitch out and cease existing. The only solution for inventory mishaps is to throw it. However, throwing it could cause it to clip out of the map or be flung out of your hands or just straight up does not exist. Physical items on the floor that you cannot pick up will always stay there until the end of the map. The Wild West map with the train is genuinely frustrating, as the game intends for you to take the train with the boxes in order to deliver it but more often than not, it causes characters to clip through the train and be thrown off onto the tracks, making players run because the jetpack is too slow and there is no grappling hooks to take you to the other side. Sometimes if you are in the same carriage as the boxes, the boxes are more likely to get thrown off as well and they do not respawn. So if you lose it, you lose profit and time. Sometimes when you switch gadgets and hold shift at the same time (because obviously you'd be sprinting the entire time or trying to make the jetpack go faster) it causes a bug to happen where the player gets stuck in one spot and is unable to move. The only solution to this problem is to walk backwards to get untrapped. It just takes the enjoyment out of the experience. It is fun sometimes but the game gets tedious with all these issues surrounding it. I really wish this was a better game but unfortunately, it is not a game i look forward to play or want to play on my own accord. After a few more sessions with four people, I will most likely never open this game again. I do not recommend this game to anyone who has less than 3 friends or dislikes unrefined features and bugs.
In a single session of around an hour excluding the tutorial, we basically saw everything the game has to offer. We could go again at a higher difficulty, but considering that we got a 3-star on basically every level despite spending half of each level trying to understand the layout, I don't think there is enough depth to the game to justify replaying it over and over again. Devs, please make a game. Not a concept of a game. It is also capped at 90 FPS for some reason, even though everything kept working normally after we uncapped it by editing the game files.
This game is a lot of fun! I've been really enjoying playing it with friends and goofing off. I wish we could have more than 4 people though!
A chaotic lil game that brings lots of laughs in between the atuggles of making ends meat
The devs should focus on implementing game modes for solo and duo players, maybe even couch co-op, instead of introducing new game modes in an attempt to gain popularity during the Summer Sale. I get it—it's frustrating when your game needs at least four players to be fun, yet there are often fewer than ten people online. Another issue is that many players have mentioned how frustrating some maps are because of their size. Balancing the game and adding game modes for the players who bought it early but don't know what to do with it because they don't want to keep playing with the same dozen people should be the priority. The most recent update is called the "biggest yet," but that's only because the previous updates were early hotfixes, followed by months of silence. The use of tools isn't intuitive, and instead of improving the existing system, another tool was added, making everything even more complicated. I understand that a bit of urgency can be fun in some games, but here it just feels stressful, which isn't what I'm looking for when I want to relax and have fun. Listen to the few players who had faith—or still have faith—in your game, dear devs, instead of trying to grow the player base before addressing its biggest issues. The game has a great concept, but it still lacks polish, mainly because of the problems mentioned in this and many other reviews. The game has been out for almost four months, yet only four out of a hundred reviews were written by people who played for longer than 15 hours. Only two players have logged more than 20 hours. There's a reason why so many players—including myself—stop playing so early.
A really fun co-op game working as a (vulnerable to a banana peel) packaging team, with unique and chaotic mechanics to add a challenge!! I loved the rush of a time limit to deliver packages, and the visuals and performance are great :)
ok, fds rage
Ham is the chaotic co-op experience that will bring lots of laughs to your friend group. Communication and teamwork will be tested with this game so be aware 🤣 The levels get progressively harder as you go, keeping the game fun and engaging through its challenges. I would recommend getting this game especially considering the stellar price, what you get out of HAM is well worth it. If you are looking for a silly party style game for you and your friends HAM is a fantastic option.
