Your control over weapons is genuine, as we have crafted a combat system based on the expertise and feedback of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) practitioners and sword fencers. Through this dynamic system, players can immerse themselves in the intricacies of swordplay and learn the art of the game's combat mechanics.
Survive bloody battles to gain renown and claim wealth to buy new equipment or forge your own armor and weapons tailored to your combat style. Feeling confident? Bet on your success to potentially boost your earnings and further your progress.

Every story needs an end, and in Half Sword, it often means losing your head - quite literally. As this is a simulation game, death is final…
Be Warned: Half Sword is an extremely violent and gory game. I mean… we do have a Chief Blood Officer. Witness skull-crushing blows, limb decapitations, and gruesome displays of entrails and bloodshed, all intricately tied to the weapon and armor choices of both you and your opponents.

Reviews
When this game released in early access for the first time, everyone including me thought this game was a waste of 20 euros. Now several months later the developers have really started to pop updates as often as every week. Now Half Sword looks promising and I'd say it is worth it. It's a new direction into fighting games: you can control each hand and swing with a mouse while using wasd to move. It even strives for realism without sacrificing fun. For example, there are zombies and in free mode you can make yourself or the enemies like 7 feet tall and 250 lbs. There are different ways to fight; you can punch, grapple and choke. This is now one of my favorite sandbox/simulator games of all time. Thank you Half Sword Games!
Демка раз так в 10-ть лучше работает.
good
super jeu
good
This is the golden standard for Steam games, it's extremely well made, the developer team (from what I have seen) has had no scandals and has actually had the interests of the community in mind. I started playing pretty much since the release of the demo, and with the updates the quality has only gone up and up and up, essentially every update has been good, which is extremely rare to see. This isn't my favorite game by any means (though it is high up there), but I would still say that this is the most well made game on steam compared to the size of the development team. If you have not bought this game, by all means you should, it is worth every penny. I hope you all nothing but good with this game's development and it's success with the way it's currently going, God bless.
edit the game files to become a behemoth and brutally molest every peasant
the game has been seriously improved over time and performance is 10x better since launch, very excited to see where the devs take this next :))
