Hacknet is an immersive, terminal-based hacking simulator for PC. Dive down a rabbit hoIe as you follow the instructions of a recently deceased hacker, whose death may not have been the accident the media reports.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Плюсы: лучший симулятор работы сисадмина. Минусы: теперь я боюсь команды rm -rf
This game is exceptionally amazing at fulfilling a hacker fantasy, but I imagine that it's target audience is a rather small group. If you are the type of person that loves chewing through old terminal systems with pings this game is absolutely for you!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A riveting game about digitally going where you shouldn't be, seeing things you shouldn't see, and breaking things some would leave be. Explore the world through a basic interface and command window, worming your way through ports, proxies, and firewalls while avoiding detection by tracers and the occasional counter-hacker. Engage with a high-stakes story in both the base game and the DLC which will leave you wondering whether you made the right choices. In short, a very fun and thoughtful game. Do note you will need to read fast, type fast, and concentrate to get through some of the later barriers, especially in the DLC. While the game is largely text-based, that text often requires fast input. Mouse, keyboard, and keypad highly recommended. (edit: forgot to add a comma)
I bought this game as it seemed cool...i couldnt get into it at first but then hacked my way in...got caught and got kicked out... 8/10 - Would hack again
отличная игра если хочешь почувствовать себя крутым хакером почти не зная терминала, я почти прошёл сюжет и это прикольно
this is a unique game the game loop is typing terminal commands haha i liked the dlc missions more than the main missions there is one really really nice one:)

途中から同じことの繰り返しをしているような感じになってしまったのでやめてしまったが、とてもリアルだった。ターミナルのコマンドの勉強になった。
