Gym Empire - Idle Gym Tycoon Management

Charming game. Solid tutorial to explain the mechanics, and really easy to get into. I'm not far in, but I suspect that there's a lot to this game, and that you could spend a good bit of time in it. The radio is also a really fun touch and adds character to the game.

I played Gym Empire on demo and really loved he style and ease of play. Had to grab this on EA, especially with the generous discount! Almost immediately, once you go through the basic tutorial, you can open up hiring staff - No massive micro management if you do not want to. I am still at the early stages of my empire but can really see me sinking quite a few hours into this one, especially when you can freely design your gym with the various options of floors and walls. No doubt I will add more to this review once I have unlocked the best equipment for the best clients :D Congrats to the developer who has worked hard on getting this game to this stage - Zero bugs encountered to date and he is really active on questions you might have regarding the gameplay. Oh, lastly - The graphics style is really cute and with a great zoom function, the animations really make the gym come alive. Well worth a purchase, you wont be sorry! :)

Fun game. Still an early access build so you get what you expect. However, a very active dev and fun gameplay.

For now, I'm refunding this game. Maybe I'll give it another try, when there's more content to distract oneself from the graphics.. Not worth the full price atm.

Like the concept, reminds me of hospital tycoon mixed with game dev tycoon

Hey Guys, Gym Empire is a pretty addictive game from the start, I love the graphics style and the overall gameplay. Stav has done a great job getting the game to Early Access and will just continue to improve the game with each and every update in the future. The game is currently at around 40% of what the final full release will be so it has a lot of improvements coming and a lot of new cool content too. You start off with a small gym and train your clients hoping that they sign up and become a member. You than allow them to train themselves and hope they don't get hurt otherwise you will have to pay their medical costs. You than hire staff who can train them and reduce the amount of injuries and allow you to focus on other things like expanding your gym, throwing up posters and installing new equipment. Once you have that successful small gym you can go out and buy one of the three other properties available, all with unique pros and cons. Only than will you take over and become the biggest and best Gym Empire! Really good fun tycoon game, looks great, and fantastic audio (particularly the radio DJs). Those early gains are excellent, offering a chance to start personalising your gym (the red walls and steel floor is a strong look). Don't forget the water cooler!
