Gun Maker - pimp my weapon

For 25$ Canadian I was hoping for a lot more then this. I love the old flash game to death and miss it dearly but nostalgia for it isnt worth that much. For what has to offer is for sure not worth 25$. If the original game is something to go off, which was free, compared to now where we now get a few more features and a handful of new assets then thats some hardcore inflation or making a colour wheel and a less enjoyable controls really adds just that much more to the product. I really like the idea of the game and my childhood was full of playing with the original Flashgame and making crazy guns. But in the time it took for this to come out people have found new means that at still free or learned photoshop. If the game goes on sale for like 10$ maybe but right now for 25$ I might as well save two more dollars and get my other childhood game, Metal Gear Solid 3. Wait for a sale or learn some photoshop. Save money.

Какая-то немыслимая спрайтовая чушь. Для такого конского ценника она не дает, фактически, ничего. С равнозначным успехом можно взять любые пушки в пнг на прозрачном фоне и прилепить к ним хоть седло от носорога. Ни тридэшности, ни функциональности, ни механик, просто какая-то чушь за почти 11 баксов

While I do recommend this Application. It needs some serious additions of features. NEEDED Feature additions: 1) Numerical values in all aspects of sizing and positioning. 2) An undo and Redo feature of any action done, that has a deep memory. Additional Suggestions: - The ability to add Textures. Other than the absence of those needed features, it's pretty great. The dev is solid with their updates. No bugs! All in all, a great tool. I personally use it as a reference tool for both Artists and training Ai. The Dev's other game, Sword Maker as well. I never thought I would be able to make a sword I have only ever dreamed about, and this is after countless drawings and commissions. I hope to do the same with Gun Maker as well.

I thinks its a neat little game the only thing I wish for is for me to be able to click and drag things around rather then using sliders to move things into position but all around nice game just feel like it needs some minor tweaks art is good and nice to look at

I bought and gave this program a chance, and it is alright, i like the program from what i seen and it's quite small in size, so it obviously won't be taxing on your device. i do have to say that if your interested in it, go for it.

I fully expected this to be a lazy recreation of doctornoob's pimp my gun, all stealing assets from the flash game and not even adding anything. So I bought it. Fully expecting to refund it within 20 minutes. However. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this is largely it's own thing with features that the flash game didn't have. Mostly QOL, but also (as far as I can tell) fully original illustrations. Price is a little steep for something as simple as this, but I don't mind too much as I've been looking for something similar to pimp my gun for a long time, and I'm sure the dev put a lot of time into drawing the parts for the weapons. Kudos to the dev. I do hope that this gets more updates.

Obvious Pimp My Gun copy, which i can respect, but sadly bugs and poor controls and functionality make the program completely unusable. There are honestly too many issues to name, but they are things such as nearly every color selector option being broken, the sizing options glitching and randomly reassigning values, and groups of placed components being randomly deleted. Additionally, the lack of undo and redo functions (unless i just cant find them) and only being able to move and edit one component at a time are devastating. It could be usable eventually but in its current state it isn't even close.

このソフトが気になった方は、ほぼ確実にFlash作品である『Pimp my Gun』（以下PMG）に はまった方だと思います。 残念ながら、PMGはFlashと共に更新されることがなくなってしまい、その後継に飢えた 末に、本ソフトにたどりついたのではないでしょうか？ 私もそうだったのですが、PMGを連想して本ソフトに手を出すと期待を裏切られます。 様々なパーツを組み合わせ、自分好みの銃がデザインできるPMGの良さと、機能追加に よって、自由度は増しているのですが、とにかくUIが絶望的。 パーツを直接クリックしてパーツ操作を切り替えることはできません。 作業パーツは、画面右側のパーツリストからです。 複数のパーツを選択して一気に動かす事も出来ません。 画像の保存フォルダすら、毎度毎度デフォルトからの指定のフォルダまで移動して保存 という事を要求されます。 パーツの項目分けもPMGほど潤沢ではなく、慣れるまでパーツを探しまくる事に 追われます。 そこまで種類も豊富とは言えません。 確かにPMGよりも柔軟で自由度もあるのですが、とにかくUIが雑多すぎて使いにく く、 キーボードで数値入力したあと、TABキーで入力フィールドを移動できない。 なぜか数プロセスぶんの作業結果が消えうせる等、もう少し、操作動線とか きちんと考えて欲しいですね。 パーツに対するキャプションもありませんので、デフォルトの黒すぎる画像では すぐに、そのパーツがなんなのかわかりにくいです。 フリーウェアであったPMGと違い、Daniel DefenseだとかMagpul等の名前を 載せられない事情は理解します。 ですが、せめてパーツのキャプションぐらいは欲しいですね。 ハンドガードかと思ったらチークパッドだったなんてのもあり、雑多な UIのせいで、一丁組むだけでもパーツを手探りで組むことになり、ストレス高いです。 フリーウェアなら我慢もしますが、はっきり言ってこの価格はぼったくりと言っていい。 ニッチな層からだけ開発費を回収するつもりなのが透けて見えますね。 生まれ変わったPimp My Gunだと思うと、きっと後悔します。 安価でもいいので、グラフィックソフトでドローイング覚えた方がなんぼかマシ。
