What a great game in the Grim Tales series! Very engaging throughout the story and the bonus material. I really enjoyed the unique puzzles in this game, as well as the beautiful art and design in the HOPs and the rooms in the mansion. Even the achievements page was very creative where you fixed the garden with each completed achievement! Very pretty. Loved the framed art of family members with their history and demise. And the time travel was fun in this game!
This game was quite fun. My friends and I enjoyed the puzzles and the art work. The artwork really stood out in this game. We felt the puzzles were fair and was happy that the skip button was an option for some that were a bit more time consuming. The story was fun, though we realized we came into the overall story line a few games late.
We kept forgetting that 'dad' was a thing. It did feel a little frustrating hitting points where we had ti wait until he spoke with us and gave us another piece of something. At a few points, it was distracting though didn't lower our enjoyment of the game.
I've been asked by my friends to look into the rest of the series and I will do just that.
Świetna gra, graficznie i muzycznie :) Polecam
Spannend bis zu letzt
It's on the easy side; neither the gameplay, nor the minigames are too challenging, recommended rather for casual players who want a relaxed experience. The story is okay, and the visuals and atmosphere are fantastic. I especially loved the white and red colour palette; it was refreshing after the usual blue and purple tones of the BigFish games.
Above-average game for the genre. Too short. Get it on a discount.
Plenty of content: morphing objects, collectibles, and bonus chapter. Great story and introduces recurring characters Dorian and Stacy. Recommend!
It's not bad, albeit non-intuitive so you have to use hint button too much to actually know what to do. Decent amount of hog compared to the stupid puzzles
