Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Latest in each market: best BR #65, worst CN #78 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Survival Means Suffering
Graphics & Visuals: 8.5/10 Green Hell isn't trying to impress you with cutting-edge graphics. Instead, it focuses on building a believable rainforest, and it succeeds. Dense vegetation, convincing lighting, natural color grading, and excellent environmental detail make the Amazon feel alive without looking artificial. Even years after release, the visuals have aged gracefully. More importantly, after a few hours you stop paying attention to the graphics entirely because the world itself becomes believable enough to pull you in. Gameplay & Survival Mechanics: 9/10 This is where Green Hell separates itself from most survival games. Hunger and thirst are only the beginning. You constantly inspect your body for cuts, parasites, infections, leeches, venom, broken bones, and other injuries. Healing isn't as simple as pressing a medkit button. You actually clean wounds, apply the correct bandages, remove parasites by hand, and prepare natural medicine from plants you discover in the jungle. The crafting system is deep, logical, and rewarding, although gathering materials can sometimes become exhausting. At times the game arguably pushes realism too far, making your character feel more fragile than an average human realistically would be, but that brutality is also part of its identity. Crafting & Progression: 9/10 Crafting is one of Green Hell's strongest features. Almost everything is built manually through experimentation or by recording discoveries in your survival notebook. Weapons, shelters, traps, tools, medicines, fires, food preparation, and defensive structures all require planning rather than simple menu crafting. Progression isn't driven by traditional RPG levels. Instead, your survival skills naturally improve through repeated use, encouraging learning over grinding and making every successful expedition feel earned. Story: 8.5/10 Unlike many survival games that simply throw you into a sandbox, Green Hell actually tells a complete story. The narrative unfolds gradually through exploration, memories, and environmental discoveries, keeping the mystery alive for most of the journey. While the storytelling itself is engaging and surprisingly emotional, the central motivation behind many of the events feels somewhat forced, making certain character decisions difficult to fully believe. Even so, it's still one of the more memorable stories in the survival genre. Atmosphere: 10/10 Few survival games create tension as effectively as Green Hell. Every sound matters. Every unknown plant becomes a risk. Every river crossing makes you wonder what might be waiting beneath the surface. The rainforest constantly pressures you without relying on scripted horror. During long solo sessions, it's easy to forget you're sitting behind a monitor. The jungle genuinely feels hostile, beautiful, and completely indifferent to whether you survive or not. Combat & AI: 7.5/10 Combat is clearly not the game's primary focus. Most encounters involve tribal warriors or dangerous wildlife, and the available weapons remain fairly primitive throughout the experience. Spears, bows, axes, and knives get the job done, but the fighting lacks the depth and polish found in dedicated action games. Some animal attack animations also feel simplistic, and certain dangers seem exaggerated purely to increase difficulty. Still, combat fulfills its role as another survival obstacle rather than the main attraction. Open World & Exploration: 9.5/10 Exploration is consistently rewarding. The jungle is full of hidden caves, abandoned camps, mysterious landmarks, useful resources, and unexpected dangers. Getting lost is practically guaranteed during your first playthrough, but that's exactly what makes discovering your way back so satisfying. Every expedition feels like a genuine adventure where preparation matters just as much as curiosity. Co-op Experience: 9.5/10 Green Hell becomes an entirely different experience with friends. Tasks naturally divide between players, survival becomes less overwhelming, and the oppressive loneliness of the jungle transforms into teamwork and shared problem-solving. While the single-player mode remains immersive, cooperative play is where the game truly shines and where many of its slower mechanics become significantly more enjoyable. Sound Design: 9/10 Instead of relying on a memorable soundtrack, Green Hell lets the jungle speak for itself. Birds, insects, rainfall, distant animal calls, rustling leaves, and unsettling ambient sounds constantly remind you that you're never completely safe. Playing alone at night with headphones can be surprisingly tense despite the lack of traditional horror music. Optimization & Stability: 9/10 Considering the complexity of its simulation systems, Green Hell runs remarkably well. Performance is solid on most modern systems, hardware requirements remain reasonable, and technical problems are relatively uncommon compared to many other survival games. Small bugs still exist, but the developers have polished the experience enough that they rarely interrupt normal gameplay. Value & Replayability: 8.5/10 Green Hell offers excellent value, especially during frequent sales. The story alone is worth experiencing once, while survival mode and cooperative play provide plenty of additional hours for players who enjoy experimenting with different base locations and survival strategies. That said, the deliberately slow pace and demanding mechanics won't appeal to everyone, and some players may lose interest after mastering the core systems.
Final Thoughts
Green Hell isn't trying to be another fast-paced survival game. It's a survival simulator first and a game second. Sometimes that commitment to realism becomes frustrating, occasionally even excessive, but it's also what makes the experience so memorable. The atmosphere is outstanding, the crafting system is among the best in the genre, and exploring the rainforest constantly rewards patience and curiosity. Whether you're fighting to stay alive alone or surviving alongside friends, Green Hell remains one of the strongest survival games available today. Just be prepared to earn every single victory the hard way. Total Score: 8.9★ A brutal, atmospheric survival experience that rewards patience, preparation, and curiosity. One of the finest survival games of its generation, especially with friends.
I may not have much time into this game, but there is a very good reason. Motion Blur. The game is disorienting for people that can get motion sick easy. I did not make it through the tutorial, and neither did my friends. This wouldn't be a problem if there was an option to turn it off, but alas, there is not. So, eventually my friends and I hung it up before our survival even began, This game seemed interesting. Tedious, most definitely, but that is something I could have gotten used to. Should the developers ever add a setting to turn off motion blur maybe I'll return. Until then, I will likely not install again.

♥♥♥♥♥ game idiot game hard to play go eat ♥♥♥♥
This game starts out really fun and interesting, and there is an intense learning curve to go through. But it gets really boring really quickly. There is no where near enough tribes people to fight, and you can tell that this game was made by someone that is artistic. There is a huge amount of dream sequences to go through that take a long time. This is the first bad review I have ever done, I do not reccomend this game.
