Played the original Vice City many years ago, and finally gave the Definitive Edition a try. It turned out to be much better than I expected. The controls are good, the graphics are a nice upgrade, and the gameplay is still as fun as ever. Finished the whole story and all the missions. Glad I came back to this classic.

всегда считал гта вай сити чем то посредственным, потому что это переходный этап от максимального эксперимента(гта 3) к чему то болеем менее играбельному (гта са), но игра на деле оказалась достаточно самостоятельной и в ней присутствуют механики, которые будут снова использованы уже в гта 5 и будут главными механиками гта онлайн, а так на деле игра достаточно быстрая если зать что куда совать и за 45 часов она меня не смогла доебать так сильно как резик 4 или гта 4 за что ей респект так еще 100 процентов в ней максимально сложные и не завязанные на ♥♥♥♥♥

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City remains one of the most iconic games in the series. The atmosphere, soundtrack, characters, and setting come together to create an experience that still stands out all these years later. Few games capture the feeling of their world as well as Vice City does. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this version. Like the other games in the Definitive Edition trilogy, it was outsourced and released in a state that did not live up to the quality of the original. While I experienced fewer bugs than in San Andreas, the game still suffers from disappointing performance issues and technical shortcomings. It is also hard to ignore that Rockstar removed the original versions from storefronts while taking legal action against modders who produced their own remastered versions that many fans preferred. If you are determined to play the Definitive Edition, wait for a significant discount. Vice City is a classic that deserves to be played, but this version is difficult to justify at full price.

Not really liking this one that much. i know this game is 23 years old but that doesn't change the fact that its not very enjoyable. I can see how some people really like it, but I can't see myself ever being one of them. This game definitely has its charms, but its just overshadowed by the countless cons that i can't really see myself coming back to this game or recommending it to a friend. I'm still going to beat it, but I'm already over half way through and it hasn't gotten any better. So far, I'd give this game a 3/10.
