baffling. unplayable. first of all, why does the game ask me for a location of the save file? what kind of game does this? why would you ever make the player do this? every time you open the game it defaults to C: too so have fun finding your save file if you put it in somewhere deep not that it really matters, because the typing system is broken. on the initial typing test my cursor kept getting locked up in random places, saying i made mistakes when i didn't. i'm a reasonably fast typer and i guess the game couldn't keep up? it would point to an empty field and say i made a mistake and not let me move on until i press backspace, which just makes no sense at all. i wanted to see what the game has to offer but my patience wore thin as the first 2 tests are just 1 minute of mashing the same key ("fff fff fff " ad infinitum). how does this teach anyone anything. cannot possibly recommend this to anyone, there are better ways to learn typing that are available for free in your browser. i know you can't expect much from typing games since it is such a niche, but i would at least expect them to work.
I went from a 2 finger typist who new nothing about the home row, to 6 letters on the home row at 35 wpm in 40 min of buying the program. now my 7 year old is learning to touch type and loving it because it is like a game. Well done to the developers.
i lobe typing fff dddjj
