Reviews
✔ lots of game mechanics and systems ✔ as well as customization options for your team (e.g. craftable passive skill tree and many equipment slots) ❔ lots of content and combat encounters ✘ expected damage done calculations are incorrect, even on first fights with basic cards (!) (hunter with double shot arrows and damage increased buff) ✘ lots of trash fights with the expectations that you will grind them or lower difficulty setting which makes the game laughably easy and boring (story mode) ✘ a lot of mechanics aren't properly explained ✘ team members dying is extremely costly during campaign, so you play boring defensive play until you are 100% sure you don't lose any life in combat is highly incentivised. You are better off restarting at the beginning of story mode and in realms mode you are simply doomed if you lose someone ✘ one-shots (including on first turn, before you can move!) ✘ combat encounters have the tendency to be either very easy or impossible, rarely in-between

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very solid mechanics. Inventive fun gameplay, that feels rewarding and explorative. A creative blend of genres. The only really negative point would be the story. It felt kina generic and honestly I tuned out half way through act 2. I dont really remember anything regarding the plot.
No Slay the Spire, but this one tries to have a more substantial story and *mostly* succeeds, though nothing much to write home about. Character design is high point, rather like Battlechasers, and most classes have something interesting to build with. Game drags on a bit near the end, but overall a 7/10 recommend.
I want to like this game, but its not for me. This game is a little overwhelming with how much there is to do, and the customization options. I wish you could change what deck you pick for the characters because i feel like i really shot myself in the foot with every choice i made. The art is good and the battles were fun, but the difficulty kind of left a sour taste in my mouth. Get on a sale if you like overwhelmingly deep card battlers.
This is a game where you control up to 3 heroes chosen from a list of 10, all with their unique highly customizable deck, going through various battles using cards on a grid as shown, in a somewhat RPG manner. Each hero has their own skill tree, talents and equipment, all interacting with the deck deeply. If you like most or all these elements, then this game is extremely wonderful, as it is to me. I mean, I am just not aware of any other game that combines so many elements well that I like from card building and RPG. If however you don't like many of these elements, then this game might appear unnecessarily complicated. (If you feel loving the game but worry that it's complicated to begin with, I recommend starting with solo hero in lower difficulty.) A related problem of the game, is that while somewhat complicated, the game is made too easy for hardcore players even at its highest difficulty setting. Personally, I deal with this problem by imposing some restrictions on myself, which solves this problem pretty well but takes a bit of time.
This is one of the best games I've played in years. It's extremely deep with a ton of customization, while still having very solid deckbuilding mechanics and good fights. It's a little on the easy side, even on max difficulty, but there are always encounters that will challenge you and force you to try to find the best build (but they're usually optional). Basically a 10/10 for me.
Wow, this is a really great game! I didn't fully appreciate it at first but i was playing it on steamdeck the other day and finally had a chance to really learn the systems of gear and combat and i must say, I'm hooked! I can't believe i was sleeping on this one for so long because it has been in my library for a while but i just never got around to playing it without distractions. Top-notch, 10/10.
