I don't know what I was expecting from Gone Fireflies as I opened it up, but it was certainly not the rollercoaster of emotions that decided to give me a ride. It was a truly amazing experience. A great divergence from the usual turn-based RPG Maker games. The story both have some fun and really sad parts. If you're a person like me who like a story being told and getting to know characters rather than having to fight your way through, then this is a good one for you.
Cute little RPG Maker game in which you explore various stages of life of the protagonist(s). Well told compelling story; perfect game length (it's pretty short but that's way better than a story that's kept being dragged along...). Strange thing: you'll 100% the game well before you'll finish the game.

How you play this game doesn't necessarily affect the ending as far as I can tell, but the final decision you make tests your morality. It's a simple decision, yet a hard one. Its a small game, but a good one at that.
Un bon jeu très court et sentimental sur l'acceptation et le laissé allé, dans la même veine que To The Moon.
It's not a game, it's a story. No puzzles, riddles, etc. Sad story, so if you don't like to get sad emotions from games, because "games are for entertainment/amusement", skip it. Well written, made with care. Don't regret a second that I spent playing.
has actually decent storytelling but has somewhat slow start to set up rest of the game 5/10
Its a short story-driven rpg maker game with nice map design, good soundtrack and a pretty well written touching/sad story. There is actually not much more then the story, no riddles etc but i liked it finally, after the beginning was maybe a bit slow paced at times for me. Depending on your choices the story/ending will change slightly. Also very easy 100% achievements.

Morlan's shorts:

It conveys what the short description says.. Nice detailed graphics and atmosphere in the few locations that are there, the music is very fitting to the theme, relaxing and quite pleasant. My little gripe is that the pacing of the dialogues is very slow (I believe by choice, but still..) and you cannot click for next phrase/dialogue, it will appear when it wants to. A bit pricey for the content/duration as there's very minimum replayability, just in case you want to make other choices but the final story isn't changing really. It isn't much of a game per se, it's a short film. It's certainly not "casual" and you should prepare for drama.. Don't waste more time reading lengthy reviews.. time is of the essence!
