Okay it's not Beat Saber, but this very active training game is free and worth trying at least once for its exercise credentials.

I use this program for high level reaction training that you can normally only get training with either high level players or professional ball shooting machines. I am working on developing a training program using this software that I can use to develop other goalkeepers for soccer and handball. Best goalkeeper training program for VR in my opinion.
