About
Glitch is an intense, surreal narrative experience, drawn entirely by hand, that will make you question reality with every choice you make.
It all starts in the dead of night, when you wake up and realize something is terribly wrong. A noise jolts you from sleep, the bedside clock shows a strange defect, and the very air in your room feels heavier than usual.
What begins as a simple unease quickly intensifies, turning your house into a setting of mystery and the outside world into a stage for chaos.
In Glitch, every decision you make shapes the story's path and your perception of the events. You will experience storylines where the horror and chaos flow from different sources and in unique ways, pushing you to piece together each trajectory to try and unravel what is truly happening on this strange night.
Hand-Drawn Art: Immerse yourself in a visually unique world with a raw, engaging art style.
Multiple-Choice Narrative: Your actions have weight. Follow the thread of sanity... or lose it completely.
Over Twenty Unique Endings: Every playthrough reveals a new facet of the story. Discover the diverse possibilities and the terrifying fates that await.
Only the most dedicated players who uncover and experience all of the multiple endings will unlock the Special Final.
It is at this point that the curtain is lifted, the chaos is organized, and all the puzzle pieces fall into place, revealing the complete truth behind the surreal event. Do you have the courage and persistence to seek the Final Answer?
Enter the Glitch. Find the truth. Try to handle it.
※English is following. This is a visual novel with multiple endings (26 different ones). Each scenario is very short, so it shouldn't be difficult to find all of them. Conversely, you probably won't be able to understand the full story unless you piece together fragmentary information from these short scenarios. The graphics are hand-drawn in an art style, which helps to create the work's eerie atmosphere. However, as a Japanese player, I can say that the machine translation ruins this dark atmosphere. Non-native Japanese speakers probably won't understand, but machine-translated Japanese can be fatally "comical." So, if the game itself were originally comical, even the comical translation might add to the game's flavor. However, machine translation should not be used for horror or serious (narrative) works like this one. This game is a good example of that. It would be better to hire localization staff. This directly affects the impression, response, and evaluation of the work.
