Its a fine tech demo and it looks like there are some things to do gameplay wise. However, there isn't currently any reason to actually do anything. https://youtu.be/Gb_P61WZHuc
不是那种写实到压抑的生存游戏,颜色很舒服,岛屿看着就想一直待着。玩了几个小时体验感远超这个定价。想要体验开放世界的生存冒险的,这个绝对值得尝试
Girl Island by Little Fish Studio is an early access survival sandbox that aims to offer a more relaxed and approachable take on a genre typically known for its intensity and complexity. Set on a bright tropical island, the game drops players into a familiar scenario of starting from nothing and gradually building up the tools, shelter, and resources needed to survive. While it does not attempt to reinvent the formula, it presents a simplified version of survival mechanics that feels accessible and easy to pick up, especially for players who may find more demanding titles in the genre overwhelming. The gameplay loop revolves around gathering resources and crafting essential items, following a structure that will be instantly recognizable. Players spend their time cutting down trees, mining stone, collecting food, and crafting equipment that allows for further progression. Building plays a central role in this process, as constructing a base becomes both a practical necessity and a creative outlet. The building system is straightforward and functional, allowing for a decent level of customization without becoming overly complicated. It encourages experimentation, even if it lacks the depth or flexibility seen in more established survival games. What sets Girl Island apart, at least in tone, is its more laid-back atmosphere. The island environment is colorful and inviting, with a day and night cycle and changing weather that add a sense of life to the surroundings. Rather than creating a constant sense of danger, the game leans toward a calmer experience where exploration and gradual progression take priority over survival stress. This approach makes it easy to settle into a routine of gathering, building, and exploring without feeling pressured, which can be appealing for players looking for something more casual. There are additional features that attempt to expand the experience, such as taming animals and interacting with the environment in small ways that go beyond basic resource collection. These elements add a bit of personality and variety, but in their current state they feel more like early ideas than fully developed systems. They contribute to the game’s charm, but they do not yet have enough depth to significantly change how the game is played over time. Multiplayer functionality introduces the possibility of sharing the experience with others, allowing players to explore and build together. This can make the game more enjoyable, particularly when tasks like gathering resources or constructing larger structures are done cooperatively. However, like many aspects of the game, this feature feels somewhat limited at its current stage. There is potential for more meaningful interaction and cooperation, but it has not been fully realized yet. The biggest challenge the game faces is its lack of content and long-term variety. While the core systems are solid enough to support a few hours of play, they do not evolve significantly as time goes on. Tasks begin to repeat, and without new mechanics or goals to work toward, the experience can start to feel repetitive. This is a common issue for early access titles, and it is clear that the game is still in the process of expanding its features and content. From a presentation standpoint, the visuals are simple but effective. The bright, stylized look fits the relaxed tone of the game, even if it does not stand out in terms of detail or artistic innovation. Animations and interactions are basic, and while everything functions as expected, there is a noticeable lack of polish in certain areas. The interface is easy to navigate, which helps maintain accessibility, but it also reflects the overall simplicity of the experience. Despite its current limitations, there is a sense that Girl Island has a solid foundation to build upon. The core gameplay loop works, and the relaxed approach to survival gives it a distinct identity compared to more demanding titles in the genre. With further updates and additional content, it has the potential to grow into a more engaging and well-rounded experience. For now, it feels like an early version of something that could become much more substantial with time and development. In its present state, Girl Island is best suited for players who enjoy casual sandbox experiences and are willing to overlook its lack of depth in exchange for a more laid-back pace. It offers moments of enjoyment through its simple systems and inviting setting, but it does not yet have the variety or polish needed to sustain long-term interest. It is a game with promise, but one that is still clearly in the process of finding its full potential. Rating: 6/10

This game has potential. It defiantly needs some tweaks. The first thing is the drooped loot when you die, I would add a take all button other wise you spend a lot of time transferring items. Second is the diving function, it does not work very well and needs improvement especially if you die and you stuff is in deeper water. Third the dying, you die on things that just dont seem like you should die on. Like going down a small hill and then stumble and land in water and then dying. especially when its smooth and not any thing to trip on. you may want to consider having different level bandages, simple easy ones for minor damage might heal just enough and then higher ones to really heal heavy damage. Also the spear maybe having two different kinds one for throwing and one for thrusting . Also making it so you can use your torch or flash light while using your weapon maybe make it so it can attach to your back , so you can see what your fighting if its dark . Also farming maybe a better explanation on what you need to do to farm or create plots. like under seed it says planter needed but no direction on what is actually needed to make it. One last thought the character, maybe add different hair style options if your only going to offer two characters so if people play multi player with others they can have a slight difference in looks. Your game has potential and these are some suggestions to I think will help improve upon.
I got mauled by a frog. This game is NOT for casual girls like me.
这个其实挺好玩的,有难度,有内容,值得玩一下。
