i want to start a class action lawsuit against Bennet Foddy for everyone who broke there mouse/monitor/keyboard/killedthemself while playing this (I'm not going to its to expensive)
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH yk what, I can't even hate. I still haven't even made it past the first area. Foddy did his job masterfully and even created a whole new genre of game, so I cannot be mad.

After beating the game not just once, not just twice, but 50 times, I can with 100% certainty say, that this game is fantastic. My first run was 45 minutes, and gradually over time i got it down to just 5 minutes and 13 seconds. I recommend this to speedrunners, and people who don't get mad easily. Peak game
I don't know how to feel about this game. I really like the philosophy and the message but i found the gameplay disappointing. It is very obvious the the mechanics are designed to make yo fail and get frustrated or angry and this makes sense based of the message. However I found the it isn't really hard its just done in a lame way. you could do it right but then it just does something random and shoots you across the map or something like that and I feel like this hurts the message. I fell multiple times and not once did I feel even a little bit frustrated I just felt bored. I think that the messaging of failing and learning and retrying and succeeding are lost because I one, couldn't get invested in the gameplay, two you don't learn from mistakes because if you do it might just mess up because the kettle is super bouncy now or the hammer just slides on something it never slid on before so fixing your mistakes doesn't help you progress. Finally I feel that there is no real sense of accomplishment or satisfaction when you finally succeed. I feel like part of the message is that by trying again after failing over and over you will at some point succeed and it will be worth it but I didn't feel anything when i succeeded. I was just bored because the gameplay took me out of it and the loop was not interesting to me. I think Elden ring did a better job of portraying this message because I would fight the same boss 30 times and every time I learned and adapted and when I finally defeated them I felt an accomplishment. This is because it was my skill or my choices that affected the out come and not just some random event. Overall I like the message and I really wanted to like the game. I have wanted to Play it for so long but I found myself disappointed and bored. I don't want to say its a bad game but i didn't enjoy it the way I thought I would.
good
do not waste money on ts
played this game cuz i wanted to fix my anger issues by controlling it when i get mad but this game is calming for sum how, never once stressed and it has really great poems to and the music aswell which made the game very calming, atm im stuck on the box part but i dont really mind since itll teach me to learn from my mistakes
havent played in like a year but its a good game but when you finish for the 50th time its just something you play once in a blue moon but still fun
