Unironically a great Mario Kart clone, but it has the 2hu girls instead. There's a decent course variety, albeit some janky physics and dumb "out-of-bounds" collision boxes on some levels. There's a TON of characters, but unfortunately, some are quite meta, and only about half of them are viable, like gap hag (Yukari) being the most busted, even though I can beat my friends with just Reimu and Sakuya (best girl) just fine. Game also runs on a toaster just fine and even is verified to run on the Deck so go get it!
The "tech" and skill ceiling of this game is relatively easy to learn, but hard to master which is perfect for any kart racer, and this is no different, but the items (and spell cards) do leave a bit to be desired, as some are more OP than others (see why I play Sakuya lol). Hilariously enough, the spell cards in this are about as unbalanced as the "special" items are in Mario Kart: Double Dash, a game this game takes heavy inspiration from (duh!).
The "campaign" is kind of needed to be played in order to unlock all the characters, but you end up going through most of the courses and it is the game's tutorial essentially so you definitely want to beat the campaign before playing online, which may detract a few people...
The online is non-existent sadly, albeit online play runs incredibly well. I really wish more people played this as its a solid game, so you'll have to either buy your friends this game to play with you or pray you find someone on the other side of the globe playing it online, which is unlikely as I've yet to see an open public lobby...
Game is fun, and outside of a few quirks, is great with friends online and runs on anything!
