A bizarre music band named Genokids is rocking one of their best concerts to date when The Infinite Empire of Zenodia decides to invade Earth and assimilate mankind, landing right on top of the band and ruining both their concert and mood.

Un hack and slash sencillo pero bastante divertido y satisfactorio, buenos personajes y buena banda sonora. Nos vemos en el acto 2 :3
The game is already quite fun, love the gameplay and the bumper cars, really hope you add more challenges and stuff like that, loved them so far. The lock in system I feel a bit clunky so I don't use it unless there's 1 target only. Will complete the first act soon but I'm looking forward to having all the characters and see what I can do in longer fights with most skills unlocked. Also, the style, soundtrack and characters are excellent, hope to see, hear and know more in the next acts

I'd give this more of a middle rating, the artstyle is nice but the 3d has a unpolished feeling to me along with the cutsences more feeling like a temp place holder, I don't know if they plan to redo them at a later date. There's 2 charaters avalible at the moment of this reveiw being Blue and Red, with Blue having an unlockable second weapon giving them a second kit to work with. Each weapon has 4 unlockable flow moves that consume meter to use. Using the install/devil trigger makes flow moves have extra hits or projectiles so it feels nice and beefy to use, but ignoring that I'd want more moves per weapon to coustomize your kit. I don't really see that happening with how short the game is shaping up to be. Act 1 has 7 levels and they don't pose much of a challenge other than the Act boss but even then its nothing crazy. I see a lot of potential so I'm eager to see how the final product turns out.
игра кайф залипнуть вечерами особенно на стим деке но игра еще в бете и в ней мало чего можно поделать советую дождаться релиза игрокам дмк особенно зайдет так же тем кто играет на пк нужно будет настраивать управление для меня управление очень не удобное
muito bom
it kicked my ass but it was still fun as hell
Por juegos como este es que sigo amando los Hack and Slash, recomendado si te gusta pegar verguizas a lo loco xD.
Despite only having its first act out as of writing this review, Genokids is an incredibly fun Character Action Game, with an Art Style that helps it stand out from others I've seen with fun & memorable designs. The combat is just what you'd expect from a character action game, it's got fun combos, interesting enemies, fun & dynamic bosses, a style ranking system, taunts, a supermode, all the good stuff. What makes this game stand apart from other character action games I've played is two factors. The first is the Flow System, where you build up energy for special moves as you play the game (attacking enemies, moving, just standing around, etc.), which starts off with 3 bars & maxes out at 5. On it's own, the flow system is fairly fun, offering the player a variety of cool moves to use in combat, each with their own uses against different types of enemies, along with their own weaknesses. However, the Flow system really shines with how it can be combined with the games second unique factor, having the player play as all 4 members of the Genokids band at once. In a fashion similar to Dante's style system from Devil May Cry, each Band Member is bound to a different key/D-Pad arrow, allowing you to press that to freely swap to them mid combat. What makes this different from the Styles in DMC is that since they are each their own character, each band member has unique weapons, style moves and greatly varying playstyles. Not only that, but if you swap to a different band member mid-action (such as a combo finisher or style move), the band member you were previously playing as will stick around to continue that action until it finishes before leaving the field. While I can't speak for the quality of all 4 band members yet since the full game has yet to be released as of writing this review, I can vouch for the quality of both of Blue's Weapons & Red's Gauntlets, and can solidly say that I am excited to see what the Team comes up with for the rest of the band. All in all, Genokids has quickly become a favorite among the Character Action genre for me, which I can easily recommend to anyone who likes the genre, don't regret purchasing before the full release, and am excited to see completed.
Juegazo, tiene mucho potencial lso siguientes arcos, lo vi en twitter y el arte me convencio y la jugabilidad y todo es buensiimo, es increible que la hallan echo dos personas
Very fun very challenging when you get a very good grasp of the combos it’s very magical. My only real complaint is that I kind of wish that red at least moved a little bit more forward, half the times when I switch into him thinking I could reach his range is just so short without a dash I do get that the game prioritize dashing a little bit, but man nothing feels disappointing when I charge up an attack on red only for him to not even move a single inch maybe I’m missing the combo, but if there was anything I would complain about it would be that and maybe sometimes the level design doesn’t exactly tell me where to go correctly and infamous example is in chapter 3, where I kind of felt stuck inside a building for way too long for what was supposed to be very simple platforming
