Сокровище! Тот момент когда каждое решение гг влияет на сюжет, очень приятно после тонны новелл с иллюзией выбора. Сюжет постоянно держит в напряжении, одно неправильное решение - конец. Советую всем попробовать пройти в первые несколько раз без гайдов, оно того стоит. Из рутов выделю Джереми, ну золотой мужчина, и умный, и шутить умеет, и заботливый, совсем не "слащавый", а даже с "перчинкой". Однозначно советую, наслаждалась каждым часом проведенным за игрой.

Homeless, starving, and essentially trying any means possible to survive on the street. What this story does differently is that it picks up these kids, put them into shelters, and let them receive aid. However, there is something wrong with these shelters, they are not looking to help these kids, they want to use them for experiments to make the best human and soldier possible. A killing machine stripped of their will along with undying loyalty and modifications. [b]2.[/b] The characters are quite strong. They all have their desires, vulnerabilities, and outlook on life. Sometimes these can get used against them, making even a side character such as Oswald or Dana to be a much more deeper person than you expect them to be. Even the people you think are hostiles might not be who they appear to be. That is the beauty of the characters in this, it's that everyone has a purpose and that it can be deceiving. The number of available routes is also quite nice to see as you can interact with more characters and get to know the world's story. [b]3.[/b] The sprite art and ending CGs are nice to look at. [b]4.[/b] The music does a good job in bringing much needed emotions to whichever scene it is used in. Mellow orchestral/piano music help bring in the despair and sadness in scenes of loss while also possessing aggression via electric guitar and screaming during the more violent scenes. [b]5.[/b] The mini games may not provide much to the experience, it is a welcomed feature. [b]Cons:[/b] [b]1.[/b] The pacing does a feel quick, with some events occuring quickly that some character interactions don't last long enough to be warranted. At best, we're still getting to know them but in game they're are already possessing some romantic feelings or camaraderie. The endings do get dulled down heavily by just being a textual run down of the next occurring events instead of you getting to experience or bask in the fruits of your labor. [b]2.[/b] There is a gap in quality and consistency with the art. The sprites and promo art look great, but the CG art can be a hit or miss. Some look great such as Innocentia and MC at the beginning along with Jeremy [spoiler] preparing for his arm amputation [/spoiler] but some such as in Allesia's route where you're grouped together with the rebellion having a game of truth or dare. You can tell the artist had some trouble with this. [b]3.[/b] There are a lot of wording issues, misspellings, and some pronouns that are opposite of what sex you chose. (I chose Male and saw some sentences still referencing my character as "her" or "she".) [b]Conclusion:[/b] Gear of Glass: Eolarn's War does possess a strong premise and characters but there are some outstanding issues that may get in the way such as pacing or consistency with the art. Большое спасибо за игру! Играла еще в первую версию новеллы, уже тогда оценила потрясающие живые характеры персонажей и интересную рисовку. В ремастере обновленные спрайты персонажей прямо завораживают! Прошла пока только ветку Мастера, впереди любимец - Дирк))

Играла еще в первую версию этой новеллы и еще тогда она меня покорила. В первую очередь меня зацепили конечно же персонажи, каждый из них уникален, имеет как положительные, так и отрицательные стороны, их нельзя назвать однозначно хорошими ли плохими, что как по мне такая неоднозначность добавляет им живости, быстро начинаешь к ним привязываться и проникаться их проблемами. Второе что меня зацепило это сама атмосфера игры и ее музыкальное сопровождение, которое создает нужное настроение, подчеркивая ключевые моменты сюжета.
