Gamer Girls 18+ is exactly what it sounds like: Tetris, but horny.
You face girls in Tetris matches, and when you win they lose clothes step by step. Between fights, there’s a tiny VN layer with dialogue, but let’s be honest: it’s not high IQ writing. You get the usual stereotypes (nerd, cute girl, Tsundere, etc.) and it’s basically filler to connect the next strip battle.
Content-wise: yes, it’s adult. There’s a gallery, and it’s one of the better quality-of-life points here: it stays in memory even if you uninstall the game. Nice for people who only care about unlocks.
But overall… it feels lazy. The art is anime-ish, but not good: characters feel copy-pasted on backgrounds, animations are minimal (a bit of “wiggle” to simulate life), and the mature scenes could have been done with way more care. You don’t buy this for Tetris (real Tetris is better), and you don’t really buy it for premium adult art either, because there are tons of better 18+ games out there.
It runs well, it’s ergonomic, and it’s easy to complete: I got 10/10 achievements in 2.2 hours. But that’s not enough to recommend it at normal price.
If it’s extremely cheap on sale? Fine, maybe as a throwaway time-killer.
Otherwise, I’d skip.
