Looking at the trailer for this game is so deceptive. The shallow weapon animations and simpler art style are legitimately the worst part of this game. It's a seriously fun reverse bullet hell. It has almost all the mechanics you probably know from Vampire Survivors, and it does a great job of iterating on them and adding its own touches. For example, there's a loose story you follow that adds a little depth to the game, and rather than doing all your progression via a menu after the round, you have a kind of keep you return to where you interact with NPCs there to help you with your quest; unlocking new levels is done with the help of a magician who can conjure portals, for example. It just feels very lovingly and thoughtfully crafted. The progression feels really good, both overall, and per stage. Weapons evolve and synergize with each other, adding some strategy elements (like making sure you balance long and short range, and fast and slow weapons). There are also different upgrade paths for each weapon that can make a big difference in how they play; plus each weapon has a damage type that you can get modifiers for, like a buff if you have a tool, magic item, and physical weapon. I've only got a little over an hour in the game so far, but it's one of a couple reverse bullet hell's I've tried that I had a hard time putting down.

High potential. Character progression feels interesting. Dev, you could come back and make this game great!
Game has NOT been abandoned. Dev went radio silent for quite a while but came back with a pretty big update... that broke my save file 🙃. Still it's a good game and worth playing.
Among all the "survivors"-games I've played this is one of the better ones. It's got good progession and a variety of classes/characters to play as, each with their own active abilities. If you like games like "Vampire Survivors", "Nomad Survival", "Holocure" and the like; then there's a good chance you like this game as well!
I'm pretty critical of "Survivor" Genre games now, but this one is a good one. Nice controls, interesting upgrade systems.
Pretty good stuff, more relaxing than VS.
